Every single person I dealt with was competent, friendly and so very helpful, walking me through every step of the process. It's easy this day and age for businesses to preach that "they care" but these people are the real deal. I highly, highly recommend this place, not only for the best deals (and I did my research for months before purchasing, of all dealerships within a 60 km radius of my location) but also for the customer experience. More

Lied to for the second time Went in to look at some 2017 clearance models. They were all sold but manager said he would give a deal on the 2018 so I returned with my husband to s Went in to look at some 2017 clearance models. They were all sold but manager said he would give a deal on the 2018 so I returned with my husband to see if he liked the car. When it came time to make the deal one of the other managers gave a quote at list price😂Our sales man did not seem to know how to negotiate a price for us even though he was present when the other manager made the offer of no finance and money off of the car.. Needless to say we were not impressed and I emailed the salesman thanking him for his time and stating that we are going with another dealership. I also called the original manager to express my displeasure and he offered to do better on the price for us. Stupid us we returned on Saturday test drove the chosen car and came into finalize the offer. The offer they came back at was list price again, we refused this and sent our sales guy to negotiate a better price. This was also not impressive so I requested a 10% reduction which was refused and then the sales man came back with a 9.76% discount which we were happy with. However when the contract was written up it had a deposit due which I already said I was not going to pay, but Icould have lived with that, except on closer inspection of the contract the discount was not the discount promised but 1% less. Also the salesman gave us the wrong payment information which was maybe just an oversight. We were happy with the final payment amt , however because of the outright deception from the beginning my gut instinct was to not deal with this dealership at all. I had read the negative reviews beforehand but was willing to give the benifit of doubt. I have to say that I now get were some of these negative reviews are coming from when people say that they are given contracts in conflict with what they were told. This was a waste of 7 hours of our time. More
Beyond Unethical We have done nothing but fight with these people. After much discussion they finally agreed to take the car back and said they'd send a cheque. They still have not done so and when I called to inquire they threatened to call the police if we went there. It's so sad that businesses like this give others in the industry a bad name. Also, we called Mazda Canada and they said issues are dealt direct through the dealership. They don't handle (or care by the sounds of it) issues such as this one. More
Liar and no integrity Went to buy Mazda 5. After few visits , back and forth about price, we finally decided to go with this dealership since they offered$500 cheaper than Went to buy Mazda 5. So we went back the next day to sign a contract and close deal. When they presented us with the paperwork, the price went up $500 and the Sales person and manager blamed it on Mazda system. I was surprised and I told them that that wasn't the.price they quoted me when we made the del and that's why i came back..they still didnt want to honor the last offer they mentioned and still adamant to blame it on the system. So I left very dissatisfied and felt like they tried to get the extra $500 but wasnt honest. More

You had a two salesman and saleswoman sharing weekend plans together and 2 other sitting on there computers. Long story short I went in with intentions on purchasing a 2017 CX9 but I guess they werent interested in my business. More

Buying a new car was a disappointing experience Picking up my first brand new car, which should have been an enjoyable and exhilarating experience, quickly turned into a frustrating evening that lef Picking up my first brand new car, which should have been an enjoyable and exhilarating experience, quickly turned into a frustrating evening that left me carless overnight and having to return to pick up my new car in a rush the next morning. Starting with a different bill of sale breakdown than originally agreed upon (so it felt like I had to renegotiate the terms upon pick-up), to incorrect financing paperwork (which took nearly 2 hours to rectify; and the paperwork wasn't even incorrect because the bill of sale was different), and finally no one ever telling me that I needed a certified cheque for the down payment (in fact, I was told by 3 different people that I could pay by credit card, which is the only reason why I decided to make a significant down payment), I was left past closing time unable to get the car waiting for me in the lot. I wish I could give a higher rating since everyone I did deal with was super friendly but I also feel that I need to be honest about my experience. Art is a great, no nonsense Mazda expert; Marco the sales manager was really nice (although he was one of the people who told me I could pay by credit card); and Dosky, a newer Mazda expert, went above and beyond to drive me home after that disappointing evening. Really, Dosky's kind gesture is the only reason I'm not giving the Mazda of Hamilton dealership 1/5 stars. More
Awesome deal! I bought a used 2010 Mazda 3 5sp hatchback a couple of years ago from Hamilton Mazda. Up to this time, I swore I would never buy a car from a dealers I bought a used 2010 Mazda 3 5sp hatchback a couple of years ago from Hamilton Mazda. Up to this time, I swore I would never buy a car from a dealership.....too expensive! I got a quote, went home and compared it to same cars on Kijiji, and quickly returned and sealed the deal. The price was just as good/better than what was for sale privately. Plus they installed 4 new tires (not asked for) and a new battery, as the old one was tired. And when I went to pay for it, the price was lower than what I was quoted. I was one very happy camper! (Okay, 5 speeds aren't that popular, but I love them.) More

Both had great salesmen and walked me through the pros of each car. But it was the Mazda that gave me the road experience I was looking for. Needed the new red colour and had it within 3 days. Great work! More
