The salesman and sales manager were deceiving about the price of the used car. When we were negotiating the final price, they claimed their website had the incorrect price and increased the price by $2000. price of the used car. There are a lot of less-than-honest car salesmen and this dealership has them in abundance. More
We just bought a car from this dealership and are 100% pleased the salesperson, Mr. Ashfaq Khan. He showed to us his strong sense of honesty and integrity. And because of his strong values, we were very pleased the salesperson, Mr. Ashfaq Khan. He showed to us his strong sense of honesty and integrity. Service department used to be good, now that there’s a been a turnover of staff it’s horrible. Can’t get a hold of them, was treated very rudely when I did. Worst Car sales experience ever. Will never do business with them. We purchased a cx-9 from the Stoney Creek dealer. It is no longer in business. We were telephoned by the Hamilton location saying under with them. We purchased a cx-9 from the Stoney Creek dealer. It is no longer in business. We were telephoned by the Hamilton location saying under new ownership and that time for oil change. Booked the oil change but nobody told us that was at Hamilton and not Stoney Creek. Got a call a day after booking the service to say we want to buy your car and can get you in a new one for the same price....yeah right....so said sure give me a call. A person named Khan called and got my details and said he would book an appointment to talk same day as oil change. My wife and I show up....khan doesnt remember talking to me and says was not me...I have his number in my recents on my phone so dont lie to me. Comes out with a ridiculously low trade in amount. I storm out. Emailed the person that called me and she was going to let management know...they never reached out to me. Called the Milton Dealer and they offer me $5k more on trade More
Very poor customer service. Had my windows tinted and they lost my spare set of keys. Called many times and was always told they would look into it. Never ever received a call back despite many attempts they lost my spare set of keys. Called many times and was always told they would look into it. Never ever received a call back despite many attempts over a span of 3 years! Now being told there is nothing they can do and would cost me 450 dollars to get a new set made. Appointments mean nothing to them. Had an oil change booked for 9am. Showed up at 8:50am. An hour later my car was still in the lot. Finally brought in after i complained. 2 hours later my oil change wa booked for 9am. Showed up at 8:50am. An hour later my car was still in the lot. Finally brought in after i complained. 2 hours later my oil change was done. And theres no waiting room so youre stuck outside or sitting in a dirty garage “waiting room”. Every time i visit this place something goes wrong. Would not recommend More

Delivery date for my car was 13 days late,I left 4 messages for Dominic because they never gave me a date when my car would actually be ready, he never returned any of my calls then lied to my face saying he called and emailed me. I emailed the owner of the dealership as advised by a OMVIC rep to make sure he is aware how of is customers car buying experiences are and never received a response. Stay clear of this place More

My daughter bought a car from a very pleasant salesman, and she was very satisfied with the vehicle, however th Avoid this dealership like the plague! My daughter bought a car from a very pleasant salesman, and she was very satisfied with the vehicle, however the "business manager" was rather "pushy" with the extras, selling her not 1 but 2 extended warranties. The Mazda warranty was enough, be she talked her into an additional one call "Titan Endurance". (What a joke! Everything I`ve read about Titan is not good, BTW). Anyway, she unsuspectingly signed the agreement, which cost her almost $2700, for 60 months coverage, which was added to the cost of financing. Through no fault of her own, she was involved in an auto accident that resulted in writing off the vehicle in less than 4 months from date of purchase. Her auto insurance paid for EVERYTHING except the extended warranties, telling us that we had to deal with them separately. Mazda Canada refunded her money without incident. (All except a pro-rated amount of about 4 months of the 60 month period, and a nominal cancellation fee of $35.00. She received that refund within a month.). Here`s where the story goes south... we contacted Titan Endurance and were advised that we had to go through the dealer. We contacted the salesman, whom she bought the car from, and he had since left the dealership. The woman we spoke to (Mya), was quite rude and condescending and said its not her problem and we had to go through Titan. After several weeks of getting the run-around from Titan, we went back to the dealership, and were met with much the same there... Between the 2 of them, they stole close to $2500 of my daughter`s hard earned money, and no one will help her recover the loss, which goes straight to the profit statement of all the companies involved! DO NOT do business with this dealership! They are rude, condescending and dishonest! And for god`s sake do NOT sign up for Titan Endurance! More
