Not Disabikity Friendly I came here by recommendation, and will never pass on that recommendation. This company does not accommodate those with disabilities specifically the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. All communication must be face to face for me to read lips. Every staff member I encountered (even after explaining my disability) neglected my request to meet my needs of accommodations to my permanent, life long disability. How do you expect me to trust you, your “professional” advice, as well as your service if you are unable to give me the BASIC accommodation a person of my disability needs? More

I was helped right away when I entered the showroom and all my questions were addressed. My questions and concerns were taken seriously and they worked hard to make the accommodations that I needed. The team at Mazda Hamilton is friendly and compassionate: they listen to your wants/needs and they make sure you are well taken care of. You are always greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service. I have recommended Mazda Hamilton to all my friends and family, and would strongly recommend them to anyone! More

Don’t buy anything from these guys, give Mazda a bad name Bought a certified used SUV from Mazda of Hamilton. The fuel sensor didn’t work, I had no way of knowing until I filled up again, really the next day. Bought a certified used SUV from Mazda of Hamilton. I let them know, they said they’d fix the issue, which later changed to they would fix the issue for near $1000. If you can’t stand by what you sell, then that’s awful, and I wouldn’t trust anything they sell. I’d never buy a Mazda or from Mazda ever again. I’m sure some Mazda dealers are great, but this place has spoiled it for me. More

Mazda Hamilton- Poor Sales & Service We love our Mazdas and we have always had great service from Mazda dealerships; for some reason this dealership falls very short of our expectations. We love our Mazdas and we have always had great service from Mazda dealerships; for some reason this dealership falls very short of our expectations. Recently, we were cold called three times to upgrade our car to the 2018 model and 3 flyers were also sent to our house. We set up an appointment. When we were there, they had none of the cars in inventory as they claimed, they were disorganized in their meeting and wasted our time with pointless questions; questions they already knew. We left once we realized that thet were unprepared and they really didn't seem to want our business. On a previous occasion, we took our car in for an electrical issue. They could not find the cause of the problem. However, they still charged us anyways..and refused to refund the diagnostic even though they failed to find the problem. Our local mechanic found the issue in 15 minutes compared to their top of the line "hour long dianostics". Quite honestly, this location lacks basic service and sales guarantees and basic professionalsim and etiquette. In my opinion, this location falls quite short of Mazda's expectations. There are more issues, but for the sake of brevity I feel I have said enough. Go to a dealership where they value your time and patronage. We will never go to Hamilton Mazda again. More

I went to Toronto to find a better dealer, and it was worth the drive. Mazda Canada offered discount on snows if you buy a new car. Sorry sir your new car doesnt qualify. More

I guess I did not fit the demographic of customer hence the service was unbecoming though I have been a customer since 2016. From being heavily unprofessional , unprepared and the lack of interest shown, the service matched the Styrofoam cup with semi cold water in this weather. I need to highlight the floor manager ( who I did not get his name ) to the sales person “ Metin “ are both the reason for this review. Sales 101 is the customer regardless of the result should be satisfied that the service was becoming and also feel that this a company they will approach with future appreciation because of the mark left. If an appointment was booked you would think the team would be versed on your file if not then explain the lack of knowledge. I gave ample opportunity for this to take place regardless of what took place prior but this was just slight portion of the huge issue that took place. At no point in time did the floor manager approach or acknowledge my presence or obviously did not care to and was given the opportunity to. Metin, who I’m not sure why he gave me his card considering the level of service he provided. My time was neither valued or acknowledged by each and it was a simple who are you, sit in this office and then get out. My companion and I left understanding the reason why since 2016 the management of the particular location had changed three times. With that being said , both the management I made my purchase with and the one after, showed definitely a level of respect for the customer. I had a conversation with a friend of mine who got his car from another location and was approached like I was about an upgrade and their service was highly professional and human without even having to go to their location. To lastly highlight the issue no personal acknowledgement of time , lack of interest in the customer, etiquette unbecoming , no recommendation or negotiation practice and lack of product knowledge. I apologize that Metin’s name is the one highlighted but his floor manager is very much accountable as well because if this is the way his showroom is run what can be said of the company. Fortunately the saving grace of this situation is that I’m not locked to Mazda Hamilton and can definitely look at other Mazda locations. I’m sure both individuals are great people and I wish no ill on them of course but it is important to word my experience. I believe in the brand due to my family’s outlook and my present vehicle but this location definitely caters to a certain clientele and I wish them luck. The one star is for the water. More
