Fantastic Car Buying Experience I visited this dealership yesterday to purchase my first 'new' car. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I showed them the ad I found and I visited this dealership yesterday to purchase my first 'new' car. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I showed them the ad I found and they had pulled the car around front within minutes. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. When I returned I wanted to see what kind of numbers I would be looking at. The financial advisor was very friendly and thorough when talking about my situation (only 18 with no credit score). The manager even came in and said a few words to me. Very very pleased with the customer service and will definitely recommend this dealership. More

He gave me the carfax for the cars history. Nothing was overlooked. Next was George and he was great! No pressure and only the facts. I was able to make sound decisions without being hassled. Signed a Contract, Dealer Backed Out After 2 Months I signed a contract with Mazda of Stoney Creek, they took two months to deliver the vehicle, and then at the 11th hour, welched on the deal. They 'reappraised' my trade for $3,000 less than was originally agreed upon and signed for. They acted in bad faith, and didn't even offer an apology. They did return my deposit, but they're still liars! Look out! More

No integrity or conscious when it comes to human safety Started out great...got me in to do an oil change on a drop in basis which was great....first time dealing with this dealership...when it came to pick Started out great...got me in to do an oil change on a drop in basis which was great....first time dealing with this dealership...when it came to picking up my car, that’s when it turned sour....driver that was suppose to pick me up got lost and it was cutting close to closing time for the service department..so I ended up walking back to Mazda in the rain...when I got there, they made it like it was no big deal that I walked back to pick up my car knowing that I was an hour and half away from home...if the shoe was on the foot where their daughter was in a strange city and if she didn’t get her car back in time....how would they feel....I will never go back there....they fit me into their schedule but they are cold as ice when it comes to customer service.... The staff was very knowledgeable, prompt, and low pressure in their sales style and I felt the culture of the whole dealership and those I interacted with was very positive. I had done my car research before I visited the dealership but Kodie, who assisted me, gave me a lot of new information and helped me understand all the safety features, especially during my test drive. Before visiting this dealership I went to another Mazda dealership which was way less professional, prompt, and knowledgeable so this experience was a real win for me. From first visit, to follow up, to smooth delivery and orientation to my new car I was very happy with my experience and I'd recommend them to others. It was a stress relieving experience from what I imagined the process would be like. More

No $1000 deposit, no business.poor service, too busy for you I live in Ottawa and tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership which I found on Autotrader. After speaking with one sales rep, which was like p I live in Ottawa and tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership which I found on Autotrader. After speaking with one sales rep, which was like pulling teeth after I told him I'm not from Hamilton, I was transferred to Douglas. After a week of back and forth chasing him, he retracted on a previously agreed amount offered for my vehicle, tried to charge me $2000 extra on the BOS and finally told me can't deal with me because I don't have a $1000 deposit and did not seem one bit interested in making a sale despite all my efforts. Apparently driving 500km and trading a vehicle is not an indication that you are serious purchaser. Waste of MY time. More

Jason the parts desk employee is a fall down I've had numerous encounters with the parts employee he always sounds like he has something else better to do then order your parts he never calls bac I've had numerous encounters with the parts employee he always sounds like he has something else better to do then order your parts he never calls back and most recently I tried getting him to look up a part with a mazda part number and he said come in and hung up twice.. called Burlington mazda and in a 2 minute conversation he had them order for next day from t.o. .. burligton is a 20 min extra drive for me but worth the trip ! Thanks Tom from burling mazda and putting the effort in and doing YOUR JOB! JASON SOUND NEVER WORK IN A SERVISE INDUSTRY More
