Lack of concern for customer Visited Stoney Creek Mazda today. Walked around lot for 15 minutes before anyone appeared. Sales rep did not identify himself. Didn't know his name. Kept us waiting for another 15 minutes while he went inside to get keys for 2 cars we were interested it. Car I wanted wouldn't start. Couldn't open doors with key fob. Couldn't get into trunk. Battery was shot and needed boost. Dents and scratches on car but rep said they would not repair. When it came to discussing numbers we were $1,000.00 apart. Sales rep did not come back with an alternative. We walked. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had in trying to purchase a car. We were prepared to make a purchase today. More
