Bait and switch after the contract was signed I went to purchase a used CX5 from them. We agreed a price, contract was signed, deposit made. I received a call from them a few hours later stating t I went to purchase a used CX5 from them. We agreed a price, contract was signed, deposit made. I received a call from them a few hours later stating there had been an error and the car was meant to be $1500 more expensive. I was given two options, take my deposit back or pay the $1500 additional purchase price. I reviewed the contract and there was no remedy for their error. I took some time to think about it understanding that mistakes happen and offered to meet them in the middle and offered an additional $750. They flatly refused, at this point it felt like a bait and switch. I took some time to think about it and the sales rep forced us to make a decision that evening. I told them as it was a legally binding contract that the onus was on them to cancel the contract as we were perfectly happy with it. I have also asked for this in writing to confirm so that they could not come back on me later for any liability. I have yet to receive this confirmation although they have stated they reversed the charge on my card. I would not do business with them again, sloppy and unprofessional More
