Terrible customer service I bought a truck from Mazda of Stoney creek and 2days later I found out the 4x4 would not engage. Making it UNDRIVEBALE. I took it into the shop and t I bought a truck from Mazda of Stoney creek and 2days later I found out the 4x4 would not engage. Making it UNDRIVEBALE. I took it into the shop and they told me it was covered by dodges warranty . So then I had to drive it to a dodge dealeship and have the transfer case changed this was going to take 3 WEEKS . Now I have had a truck for 4 weeks and have driven it 2 days and while all this is going on I was CALLING Mazda of Stoney creek asking them if they could help me out with a rental vehicle or any thing to make up the fact that I had just bought a $21,000 truck that I had got to drive for 2 days, I called every day for 2 weeks with the same story Adam the manager says he will get Jason to call because he is going to take care of me and NO BODY CALLS BACK and this continues every day . Still nothing has been done about this I have got the truck back after 5 weeks and they still don't return my calls very UNPROFESSIONAL . They were super dismissive and have NO CUSTOMER CARE! More
Another Unsatisfied Customer My 2007 Mazda 3, purchased 2 months ago from a second hand deal has been at this dealer location for two weeks now. Car shutdown while I was driving i My 2007 Mazda 3, purchased 2 months ago from a second hand deal has been at this dealer location for two weeks now. Car shutdown while I was driving it. Security light was blinking really fast. So I was told the computer went and that burnt out the ignition coil also. Charged me 1400 and gave me the car back. Well now the engine light is on, brake light is on and my headlights flashed on and off and no blinkers. So I take it back and they tell me my body control module has gone. They change that. Still has problems. Alternator voltage is 20.9. So now they say its a switch that has something to do with the power steering pump. Nope still not fix, so now my alternator is bad. Just waiting now for tomorrow to come so they can tell me what's wrong next. Bottom line is their mechanics are incompetent idiots that have no idea what their doing. $1400 so far wasted and more charges to come. Avoid this dealership and stay away from Mazda's. Worst car I ever own right from driving it off the lot. And they allow apprentices to work on your vehicles without supervision. I'm so stressed out because of this Mazda dealer. Unbelievable isn't it! My rating is a big fat 0. More

Its one thing to look professional, but its also another thing to act and do an honest deal. Look for a fair deal, not one sided. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership and would not recommend them. There may be times where business is good and you dont have to try when sales occur, but theres going to be times when business is slow and youre going to have to work a little harder. These guys will have to learn the hard way. More

Amazing customer service and attention to detail I recently purchased my first car. I saw a used car on the website that I was very interested in and came in to test drive it. I dealt with Brian who I recently purchased my first car. I saw a used car on the website that I was very interested in and came in to test drive it. I dealt with Brian who had an abundance of knowledge about the car and was really interested in learning what I was looking for in a vehicle. On the test drive he told me all about it and didn't leave anything out. I said I needed a day to think and Brian was not pushy at all. He made the whole experience pleasant and for it being my first (used) new car it was a joy to deal with mazda. I ended up buying the car and am very pleased with the process. You should definitely consider coming to mazda if you are looking for a used or new car and I would recommend asking for Brian when you do! More

It all started with a test drive with Mazda of Stoney Creek's expert Brian Kretz. We test a few vehicles till we came to the Mazda 3 GS. Brian's knowledge of the product was fantastic and caring attitude about my wants and needs was equally matched. I purchased that car and I have really enjoyed the quality and workmanship of very nice car. The entire team at Mazda of Stoney Creek should be commended for their caring attitude and customer first attitude. More

Worst dealer on Earth??? I had the absolute worst experience in my life as a customer at this dealership. I had a problem here, I complained to Mazda head office and was told I had the absolute worst experience in my life as a customer at this dealership. I had a problem here, I complained to Mazda head office and was told the dealership was contacted and I could return. Whoa were they wrong! I was asked to leave because I didn't know exactly what kind of car I wanted....yea OK. I asked to test drive 3 different (yet similar) models and was told each time they didn't have it in stock...well what are all these cars in the lot? Why lie to a potential customer? Why advertise a free gas card with a test drive IF YOU AREN'T allowed to go for one? Do NOT go here, go to Mountain Mazda, they were a pleasure to deal with compared to these jerks! The salesman (Art) I dealt with was fine, it is the management (Jim) here that is terrible. 1 star is overrated for this poor excuse for a dealership. I have never been treated like this, and I absolutely did not deserve this, therefore this dealership does not deserve any one's business. More
