I was in for the Honda recall and the service staff at Marv Jones is outstanding. They professional and answer all my questions offer easy to understand explanations in a friendly manner. Terrible for service department and service manager. We have had screen problem since 6 months after we bought brand new car, went back to fix it under warranty but problem keeps coming back. After 3 We have had screen problem since 6 months after we bought brand new car, went back to fix it under warranty but problem keeps coming back. After 3 years problem is still there but warranty is over so now we have to fix it with my own cost?? They have never figured it out to fix t it for 3 years. Service manager never cares whatsoever. Never go back! More

They offered me $7000 for my 2007, stating it was rusty (it was originally a Quebec vehicle) and said they would not be able to sell it at the dealership. Well guess what - a few days later it's listed at the dealership for $17, 800. Lie # 1 from the sales manager. The actual salesman knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle he was selling. I asked several times how you lock the tailgate, because there was no apparent keyhole in the handle. He said several times he didn't know but would check with someone. Eventually he told me it locks when you lock the truck. Lie # 2. They never said it had been a lease and was apparently rented to several different people. Lie # 3. When I complained about the lock, after the sale, they said they could install a lock kit for approx $180. They wanted me to pay for it. I told them I would not as the salesman told me it locked. The It came in Wed and they are all booked up this week so I have to make an appointment next week. The job will take 1 1/2 hours. So if you find an honest person at this dealership, please let me know. Just waiting to see what kind of lemon they sold me.manager said they would cover the cost of the lock and it should be in Tues and I could just drop in. It would only take 30 minutes. Lie # 4 & 5. Further to my review, I had just purchased my Michelin tires on 29 May 2020. I have had nothing but problems with the front tires leaking air so on 16 September 2020, was my 3rd attempt to resolve this is tires on 29 May 2020. I have had nothing but problems with the front tires leaking air so on 16 September 2020, was my 3rd attempt to resolve this issue. Obviously these 2 front tires are defective! Why otherwise would they try to deceive me with changing the right front to the right back! I am a Senior ~ this is so dishonest! As when they were finished with my service, & I had paid, the Service Manager then showed me the right front tire as if this corrected the problem. I have never ever had this treatment when purchasing tires at Canadian Tire! More
Things have changed for the worst Well 2 years later and oh how things change! Went in to get my car fixed...and it was suggested I trade my car in for a never model. Sad to report Jason, the manager at the time I bought my 1st car, was gone. Apparently all the customer service went with him. Finance dept was the WORST! The one girl actually kept yawning on the phone while talking to me! Zero follow up... and no return call from the manager, with whom I had delt with. Guess they have turned into same as all the others! And I’m figuring they don’t need my business! All the referrals I used to send their way...no more! More
