I have only good things to say about my experience, salesman Mark was great and the rest of the buying process with Kelley and the insurance rep was very good, as was Derek, who filled in because Mark salesman Mark was great and the rest of the buying process with Kelley and the insurance rep was very good, as was Derek, who filled in because Mark could not be available when I picked up my car.. The only hitch in my experience was that when I came in for my appointment, and spoke to the receptionist and was told to take a seat. I then waited 25 minutes and had decided to leave when Derek noticed and spoke to me. He was very apologetic as he had not been told I was there. Receptionist "forgot." While I am willing to accept that mistakes happen, there was another man also waiting in the reception area with me for a lengthy period. Since , as far as I know, this is the receptionist's main function, I felt this did not make a very good impression of the dealership.I have given a good rating because everything else went smoothly. Mark went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and allow me time to make my decision without pressure. His discussion with me when I was feeling unsure and the information he gave me was definitely the reason that I decided to buy the Fit, over a competitors car that was somewhat cheaper and had a few more features like heated seats. Great Experience!! Firstly I had to get my used 12 year old civic repaired and they did a great job at what I thought was a fair price. After selling my old car I was able to purchase a new one only a few old civic repaired and they did a great job at what I thought was a fair price. After selling my old car I was able to purchase a new one only a few days later and I love it. Kevin the sales guy was awesome and the entire team was first class. While I was picking up my new car the service manager came to see me as he remembered me from when I had my care repaired the week before. Its these things that make a difference. People seem to like working at Marv Jones Honda and I think it shows. #Customerforlife More
My husband and I recently purchased a Honda Odyessy from Marv Jones Honda in Maple Ridge and had such an amazing experience. We had such a brutal experience buying our last car, that I swore off car salesman forever. Jonathan put me at ease as soon as we walked through the door. From start to finish, this was the easiest, non-stress, car buying experience ever! We'd narrowed it down to a 2013 Honda Civic EX 4-door Sedan and it was a matter of locating the vehicle in black (which car buying experience ever! We'd narrowed it down to a 2013 Honda Civic EX 4-door Sedan and it was a matter of locating the vehicle in black (which no one had), at the best price, and quickest delivery. Marv Jones Honda came through on all accounts. My dealings were with Jackie Brittain (Fleet and Sales Manager) and I can't say enough good things about her. My emails were answered promptly and we didn't play any numbers game as I'd done the research on the vehicle and knew what I wanted and was prepared to pay. Jackie confirmed they had a black car coming in at the end of the month from the factory and offered a price which was unbeatable. My son took delivery of his first new car today and couldn't be more thrilled! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and the young man who did the insurance for us was fantastic (and patient!) in answering questions as we were trying different options in reducing the cost of the insurance. Sold us a $7000 used 2006 Chev Cobalt that had a slipping clutch that was unsafe that blew 2.5 weeks later and less than 2000 km later would not honor their 30 day or 5000 km warranty !!! Was rude and swearing and calling us names and took the vehicle in to have there mechanic check it only to send it out with out our permission to have the clutch replaced for over $2000 !!! Now they are holding the car hostage and are screwing us badly !!! I can buy a new clutch kit for $350 and have it installed for $400 !!! What a rip off Marv Jones Is !!! BEWARE PEOPLE !!! More
