Visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing a Rav4 Hybrid. After agreeing on the quote, signing the papers, and providing my credit card, the manager unexpectedly insisted on approval contingent Rav4 Hybrid. This sudden inclusion of an extra deal at the very last minute eroded my trust, and I am now hesitant to engage in any business with them, nor would I recommend their services to others. More

It’s been over 16 months, and we finally have the RAV4 Limited Hybrid that we ordered. Actually, it isn’t the car we ordered, but apparently somebody else gave up their car and we had to take their car Limited Hybrid that we ordered. Actually, it isn’t the car we ordered, but apparently somebody else gave up their car and we had to take their car plus their winter tires in order to take delivery. Anthony (Xiao) Liu originally told us that it would be a 4 month wait. It would have been closer to two if we took another car that somebody didn’t want, but we didn’t want to pay for the extended warrantee and rust proofing. Sensing a theme? You have to buy extras in order to have any reasonable timeline for delivery. Anthony stopped responding to my calls and texts soon after we declined the car with all of the extras. Going into the dealership did not help as he did not follow through with sending us the promised information after we went home. Escalating to the new car manager, George A, did not help much. We wanted to know how many people were ahead of us and how many cars they had taken delivery in the last few months. This would give us some estimation of when we could expect delivery. They would not provide this information, but did offer to return our down payment after waiting for a year or so. When we picked up the car, Anthony asked for a “10” for the customer survey of new car buyers. When we expressed our displeasure with the communication, George A said that they would make it right. We haven’t heard from them. The Review link was interesting. A negative review leads to a page that asks us to fill out a form telling us about the experience. Unfortunately, there is no form. A positive click gives us a link to a Google Review. More
