Buying a new car has been on my mind for quite some time as my husband and I are not getting any younger and the need for a spacious SUV was on the horizon. We did our research prior to heading to MWBUC as we didn't want to waste their time and ours if we didn't know what we wanted. We watch YouTube videos, read online review to determine the 3 cars we wanted to test drive. I called and asked if I needed to make an appt as I wasn't sure if COVID protocol were still in affect. When talking to Tyler he mentioned it would be a good idea just to ensure someone was available to assist upon arrival. When are arrived for our appt we were greeted by front reception advising us to have a seat as Kelsie was with another potential buyer. We seat for a few min before Kelsie can out to greet us and bought us back to her desk for start the formal process. My husband and I already picked out a few cars we wanted to test drive and luckily there were still there. I really appreciated the fact that they let us drive the vehicle without a sale person in the car, not that I would have minded, but it let us talk candidly about the car our likes and dislikes. Once we decided on the vehicle that spoke to us we went inside to start the process of it becoming ours. I got to say the stress that was weighing on my shoulder had lifted that night driving out of the parking lot knowing in a few days we would have our new car. Our teams consisted of Kelsie and Elena 2 wonderful women who know their stuff. We will be recommending MWBUC to all our friends and family. Thanks again for making purchasing a car effortless. More

My husband and I had a situation where we needed to either repair an older vehicle or look for a younger car. We are aging seniors that have difficulty getting our head around our cell phone!! So, as you can imagine we were concerned about buying a car as we had heard you don't even need a "car key" anymore!!! Tyler kept very cool about us asking extremely dumb questions and we test drove many cars on their lot. We did end up with a car we liked and with help we are managing the bells and whistles!!! I did have a concern and the service department were very understanding and took time with our vehicle to see that my concern was addressed. I would definitely refer people to Mark Wilson's. More
