My wife and i went to Mark Wilsons because we figured that because they've been in business for so long, that they should be pretty good. I live in Hamilton and purchased a vehicle from Wilson's. The vehicle was serviced and detailed prior to me picking it up as they had promised. Coming from out of town they even paid for a rental car for me!! The Sales team, their Manager (Neil) specifically and their Service Manager (Chris) are absolutely customer service oriented staff!! I will not be looking anywhere else in the future for a car, I will be back there for sure. From past experiences car lots will take advantage of you once they have your money, not Wilson's they are true to their word and treat you like family. I emailed the owner about my experience and he even responded to me within 1/2 hour!!! The owner is customer service focused as well, he still responds to his clients which is another example. My wife and I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra. We looked at all the other cars, and nothing she liked better. So we paid in full, and Juan our sales guy was great. When we went to the business office, it was PUSHY PUSHY sales. I've spent years in the car industry and now work in computers and I was appalled at the pushiness. It was at the point of telling us that if we didn't buy all these useless add ons we'd be back in a month to have it all fixed. My wife and I walked out and she looked at me and said did we buy the right car since its all going to need to be fixed unless we buy that stuff? I cannot say a bad thing about Juan, he did a good job. Until we took delivery. I cannot get ahold of him. And yes, I needed to. We didn't have the car a week and I had to send it back in for major pulling to the left, bad engine knock(which wasnt there when I test drove it) the back door making a popping sound and a few other minor things. Service department is open 9-5 Mon to Fri. Good luck getting there if you work. Trying to get a loaner car was like pulling teeth, but they eventually did give us one. So the car went to Nissan for the engine, and apparently a knocking engine is normal...yeah ok. They first thought it was the brand new tires, then the struts. So they tested the tires sent the car back to the tire company who said they were fine, and then had to replace the strut mounts, guess what. They still knock, worse even. When I called back, I was told to bring it in during business hours. Im sorry I work till 5, I cant drive from Listowel to Kitchener by 5 and NOT have a car. Ashley was great, working in a not customer friendly policy. Would I buy another car there? NO. Have I told my friends not to also? YES. Why? Horrible after sales, pathetic shop hours NOT even SATURDAYS??!?!?! Am I looking for a car to replace this one? You bet. More

Best car buying experience by far in over 25 years. What was discussed was delivered and no bologny when delivering my trade and picking up my truck.
