The only part of the experience I didn't enjoy was working with the finance people and being squeezed to purchase extra warranty, corrosion protection or tinted windows - if I was interested in those things I would have asked about them. Marko was very friendly and great to talk to while working out the deal for our new 08 Accord. WOW!!!! What can I say this was a very pleasant experience for us.From the time we entered Wilson's and met Sunny our salesperson with his professional and no pressure way,to Shari the finance pers experience for us.From the time we entered Wilson's and met Sunny our salesperson with his professional and no pressure way,to Shari the finance person whom explained in detail everything we needed to know.We drove away 4 days later in our 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. Three months later no fault of Wilson's our timing chain broke,we still had a factory warranty so we had the car towed to Searles Chevrolet Caledonia for the warranty work thinking it would all be covered only to have them tell me they would not honour the warranty. Thanks for nothing Searles.We called Wilson's hoping they could help us out.Well help out they did Wilson's had the car towed from the dealer to their service facility in Guelph and fixed whatever had to be done (at no charge to us).Picked the car up today and it runs beautiful.Thank you to everyone at Wilson's that was involved.I give this dealership a 5.5 stars for everything from sales to service and standing behind what they sell.If you are in the market for a vehicle new or useddvisit Wilson's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
