Not sure who wrote all these great reviews, must have come from friends, family of this shady establishment. Lots of cars to choose from. Prices were good. That's all that's good about Wilson's. They are a high volume, discount, used-car, do-anything-to-sell. Once you make a deposit, it's game over. Good luck on trying to get them to answer emails, phone calls, voicemails, or after sales service. We spent over $27K, without negotiating on the price, made the sale quickly and easily for their sales folks, and the service was still horrible. Items outlined on the contract were not fixed upon pickup, and since they have promised 134 point inspection we felt safe - we were wrong. Should have had our own mechanic check the car out. But since we lived out of town, it was more inconvenient to keep coming back to this place. Michael Fonz - he was your typical, sales guy, say anything to reassure you that they will stand behind their cars 100%. Never to be heard from after we signed the papers. Mellissa (with two L's and two S's), same deal, no word from her after we signed the cheques over and had some questions. Even went straight to the top with Scott and Mark Wilson. Got nowhere. What should have been a simple purchased has become a regrettable experience. Prices are deceiving, what you save in sticker price you pay back in aggravation, lost time and potential fixes. We would not buy or recommend Wilson's to anyone looking to buy used - pay a little more and go to more reputable dealer. More

I needed a used van after losing my brand new car in a bad accident, I have heard good things about Mark Wilson's and decided to try them out. I showed up with my cheque book and test drove a couple Vans, bad accident, I have heard good things about Mark Wilson's and decided to try them out. I showed up with my cheque book and test drove a couple Vans, Found one I liked but it was just a bit out of budget. Mike said he would see what he could do and call me back. He never did call back so I went looking at other places and in the end I went back to Mark Wilson's to buy the van I looked at before. They do not haggle at all even though they have prices higher then book value, I ended up buying the van, They wanted 5 days turn around I gave them 7 and on the 7th day I phoned to make sure and it was not ready... And again I was told they would call by the end of the day which they did not do. I had to phone the office on a Saturday to find it was ready. So to sum it up GOOD selection of cars Prices are on the high side with no haggling Cars are clean and in good shape Not good for returning calls They lose track of cars on the lot all the time In the end I'm happy with my new van, But they need to work on the customer relations even if they move 300 cars a month and do not seem to care if you come back or not. I would recommend them to anyone, Just be warned they are crazy busy and will be running around and forgetting call backs etc. More

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from mark Wilson's and received the best customer service ever given to us when buying a car. When you spend $20,000 plus you want the seller to treat you li Wilson's and received the best customer service ever given to us when buying a car. When you spend $20,000 plus you want the seller to treat you like a million bucks and Mike (sales) and Justin (service) both when above and beyond. No words to show our appreciation for there hard work. I would recommend this dealership for both sales and service. 10/10 rating. THANK YOU !! More

We found our salesperson very friendly and low-key. We were impressed that all available information relative to our intended purchase was available on a computer in Ron's office, no wasted time. We were also impressed with the on site inventory and the fact that each car had a CarFax history immediately available both online and in the sales office All the details we requested were complied with in a timely manner and the detail of the car was quite exceptional. We look forward to returning to meet any future needs. More

Mark Wilson's have a great reputation, this lead me to visit them when I was in need of a decent used car, although I do not live in Guelph but some of my friends who had great experience with them rec to visit them when I was in need of a decent used car, although I do not live in Guelph but some of my friends who had great experience with them recommended and definitely it was worth the extra drive. Staff is very professional, and very friendly, they have a decent collection of cars and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I am looking forward to the exciting fun drive with my Infiniti G37X and hoping it gives me years of trouble free drive. More

Great, Helpful, Happy staff at Wilsons.(Fine Lady at the help desk in the Sales office does it all and David Watts was amazing, knowledge and answers to all questions - Did allot of work and review on the help desk in the Sales office does it all and David Watts was amazing, knowledge and answers to all questions - Did allot of work and review on the Wilson website , "which is setup GREAT", easy for all and all e-mails and requests are quickly responded to which for us was something we needed due to the heavy schedule we have every week and going car shopping from dealer to dealer looking for a good used car is something we couldn’t do. With Wilson’s quick Car fax review and pricing that is below their competitors it was easy to setup a meeting and go and see our new car the following week. With David pointing out some minor flaws which they are going to fix and a quick car ride the car is SOLD. (My new - used - 2009 Nissan Altima) By the way I’m still waiting for the other Dealers to respond to my requests for car information and pricing. More

I have taken delivery of a new company vehicle every 2 years for the last 30+ years and have never experienced the level of follow up and customer care with my new vehicles as I did at Wilson's. This is a 5 star dealership that I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting a quality used car at a very good price. Special mention goes to Jason Byers and Shari Goldsworthy who handled my business. Wilson's is fortunate to have both of these people on staff. Jason handled the sale of the car very professionally and answered every question we had. In the Business Office, Shari really knows her stuff and explains the financing and warranty very well! I was so impressed I am referring my son to Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. He is in the Canadian Military and he needs a good used vehicle with low mileage and a good price. I know he will be treated as well as I was. Great job! More
