Was in and had one of the best experiences buying a vehicle. I pulled onto the lot, got out and started looking at the vehicles, I had a salesman come up to me and say hello, and asked if I needed any assistance I pulled onto the lot, got out and started looking at the vehicles, I had a salesman come up to me and say hello, and asked if I needed any assistance. I said no I'm good, they gave me their card and left me alone. After I looked around I went inside, the salesman greeted me and offered me a coffee. We sat and chatted and I bought a brand new jeep, they gave me a better trade on my vehicle than any other and made sure I knew how to use all the features of my Jeep Grande Cherokee! Great job guys! More

Worst service I've ever experienced in any setting in my entire life (this is not an exaggeration at all). I've never written a review for anywhere before but this place deserves one so in any setting in my entire life (this is not an exaggeration at all). I have had 1 recall needed done on my car and because it is older it is more difficult; however, I first went in the first week of March to get it worked on, it is now mid May and still everyone hands me off to the next person with zero movement forward. Multiple times they have blatantly lied to me and on every occasion (no joke) said they would call back tomorrow and I end up calling them a week later. I've never had such a horrible experience in my life, please save yourself the trouble, pain, time, and annoyance and go somewhere else. I wish I could give zero stars but that isn't an option unfortunately. Overall, everyone was very rude to me when I very patiently gave them 10 chances to work with me. Don't go there! More

Justin from Service is very RUDE and Arrogant !!! Maintenance for a 2014 Dodge C/V Company vehicle. Met Justin today and confirmed if he does look after our Company's account. He gave me a big "YES" Maintenance for a 2014 Dodge C/V Company vehicle. Met Justin today and confirmed if he does look after our Company's account. He gave me a big "YES". As the conversation went, and him starting to get noticably annoyed, he was pissed off as to why we did not have the account info and was insisting that I should have it because I work for the company. We asked if he can locate it but he kept blaming the reception lady that had booked the appointment as to why our account was never found, instead of simply looking it up himself. He never made any effort of looking up any account information referring to our Company. I tried to make a call to our fleet manager to get info but had to leave a voicemail. I told him and the reception lady that we have to wait for a call back from our fleet manager but Justin was very rude and walked out of the office without saying a word. At that point, I walked out as well and decided to bring my business somewhere else. I just feel bad for the dealership for having employees like him, who are not happy with their job. More
