I would not even had gone back the next day if I knew it was an issue, as I had been offered that trade in amount by 2 other dealers. instead of $3000, they were then offering $250. ! What a joke! I am pretty sure this was special treatment because I am a woman, but regardless of gender I would steer clear of this dealer. I took my cash and purchased the Jeep at another dealer and I am very have with my decision! More

My experience has been an eye opener for a major car dealer. I put a deposit down on a car, but after reading the reviews on the company I started to get a bad feeling about them. The ad was not correct and they did not seem to know much about the car they were selling. They never returned my phone calls. I decided against the car after numerous phone calls and checking on the warrantee with another dealer. They won't return the deposit and made a bunch of untrue statements. I would recommend avoiding this car dealership. George More
Horrible Purchase Experience Had a horrible horrible experience purchasing my 2015 Chrysler 200 from them in March 2016. I had bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 from Carter Dodge and wa Had a horrible horrible experience purchasing my 2015 Chrysler 200 from them in March 2016. I had bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 from Carter Dodge and wanted to trade that in for an upgrade to 2015 model. Came in and test drove a slightly used 200C and took it for a spin in the back alley and Marine for about 5 minutes, crunched some numbers and I pointed out a few issues with it and they promised to fix it all for me, before I take it home. They undervalued my old one, which I expected as they wanted to make money off of it. It was in pristine condition, thanks to my OCD and was in excellent operating condition as well and I told the salesman that I expect the same in my new vehicle too. I was promised it is under warranty and has been "certified" by dealership. I agreed to the financials and came by the next day to drive home the new purchase. It was then when the horror story started. I was told that some interior parts that were to be replaced, would take 3 weeks to arrive. There were scratches and marks on the exterior, which should have been fixed before my arrival, were promised to be fixed, when I bring my car in next time to get interior parts replaced. I was given a lower rate only if I buy an extended warranty for 5 yrs; which shouldn't be the case. So I felt being pushed to buy what I didn't want to buy. I agreed anyway. I drove the car home, very excited; only to realize after crossing Marine and Boundary that the car was making a thumping noise and the frequency increased with increase in speed. Called the salesman right away and was told, it's just the surface of road and should be fine. 3 days later the noise kept being a huge issue for me as it was meant to be an upgrade from my last one and I could hear the noise over the music I was playing on the car's music system. I drove all the way back to have them take a look at it. They looked at me as if I'm a fool and was given lectures on different road surfaces etc. I also had issues with the steering automatically leaning towards left and some noise while driving from the trunk. They again just ignored my requests and was sent back home. I kept experiencing the same issues for 2 more days and a friend who drove my car that day noticed the same. I went back again to the dealership and they ignored my requests and made me feel like an idiot. At this time, people who were so polite and welcoming to me, when I purchased the car, suddenly would look away upon seeing me. I despised to be there but I had issues with my purchase which needed to be fixed. The salesperson still kept his calm and tried to help. I was finally asked to bring my car in next morning and leave it with service. (Every trip from home to the dealership was over 15 Km for me. I expressed intent to return the vehicle and was told, it's not possible. Next morning I bring it to service, went for a drive and was told I was lying and there is no noise from anywhere. I had made up my mind, that whatever it may be, I'm not going home without a resolution. Went up to service manager and asked him to keep the vehicle and the keys and I will go to court, if he can't fix the issues. That's when he agreed to come with me for a test drive. I took him on a good 10+ Km ride, throughout which he kept dismissing my claim, but when we moved to quieter roads, he noticed the huge thumping noise and agreed to all my concerns. Was given a courtesy vehicle and was asked to collect my car in the PM. Called them myself in PM to know car is not ready and I can pick it the next day (What if I had driven there all the way). Next evening they fixed it by replacing the faulty rear tires and the other two issues were fixed as well. I finally went back home in peace and there was no courtesy offered in any shape or form, except a superficial apology from the salesman. They just care about making money off of you and customer service and integrity means nothing to them. I would strongly recommend to rather buy from somewhere else to ensure peace of mind. More
Dont waste the Manager's time! Today the Manager called me and ask me at what time I was going to be back, I told him that I already bought a car, the manager thank me for wasting his time and then hang up, really? How unprofessional and rude person! Shame on you guys! I don't recommend this place to anyone! More
