This was the worst service ever! My Jeep was towed in for a very minor busing linkage problem and loose wire. Since it was after the holidays, fewer technicians, delayed inspection, and diagnosis overcharge, for a busing seal which cost $9.00 to $27.00, and charged labor of $350.00. The manager was rude and did not help me with anything except my wallet. Watch out for this one! It's worth it to have your vehicle towed somewhere reputable, but more importantly, communicates correctly with the customer. I need to say that the parts department was negligent in that they did not confirm receipt of the part and therefore caused further delay. Causing LORDCO a complaint for delayed delivery. I would not trust them. More
Agree with other reviews HORRIBLE service. The drivers window in my Cherokee would not close so I took it to this dealership as its the closest one to my home. They initially charged me $220 to butt clamp a broken wire in the wiring harness. When I got the vehicle back the drivers side view mirror would not adjust. Was told I needed a new controler. Bought a used one which they installed and the window stopped working again. Was then told I needed a new window motor which I bought at Lordco. The dealership refused to warranty their work (not the part) All in I paid well over $1000 for the reapir When I asked twice to talk to the Service Manager she blew me off. I then went to the General Manager to complain about the Service Manager but it turned out that the GM was the Service Manager's father. I was very polite but he was very defensive so it was a short conversation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. POOR QUALITY REPAIR AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST OPTION BUT RATING IS LOWER More
This is the worst service department I have experienced in 30 years of owning vehicle with 12 years owning a Jeep. Took it in for the first oil change and I had a check engine light on. Picked up the vehi in 30 years of owning vehicle with 12 years owning a Jeep. Took it in for the first oil change and I had a check engine light on. Picked up the vehicle 4 hours later (apparently it was busy). The Service person went through an extensive checklist of all that had been inspected. Went back to to the vehicle and the check engine light was still on. No explanation, no apologies, just excuses including that the light must have just come on. Apparently no one was available to address the problem so a mechanic was summoned, connected his device and turned if the light. I was told that a software update was needed and I had to come back when the PHEV specialist was working. The light came back on within days. I have been back 3 times and each time I wipe of the greasy hand prints on the hood and inside the vehicle. Never go here!!! More

As I own the vehicle and the code belongs to me but only accessible from Chrysler Canada site by a dealer I went here as they are close. The first employee said they don’t give those codes out but can program my remote for $90 PLUS shop supplies. What shop supplies would be required is beyond me. I decided to speak with the service manager who said the same and that they are ‘not allowed’ to give the code and that it says that on the ChryslerCanada site. I asked her to show me where it says that and was then accused of calling her a lier. I left the dealership and called Chrysler Canada who were very surprised of my experience. They confirmed I was the owner and that the dealer should provide it upon proof of ownership and identification. I went to a different dealer who were more that happy to provide me the code. I went home and programmed the fob 30 minutes later. The kicker to this is I was getting another fob so I could sell my trusted vehicle as I want to buy a brand new Ram. I live close to Marine Chrysler and planned to go make a deal there but this tiny experience has cost them a little more than a print out of my code. I wouldn’t buy a wiper blade or anything else there and am currently finalizing a deal for my new Ram from the dealer who has professional people working there. PS the dog bed in the service managers office stinks! More

Insisted that the only way to fix a burnt out dashboard light bulb was to replace the entire HVAC control panel which would have cost almost $1000 and had the gall to charge me an hour's labour to tell me what I told them - the light bulb was burnt out. How they can survive operating this way is beyond me. I emphatically do not recommend this shop More

Service took 6 days, had new tires installed, new brakes (front and rear), 85 point inspection, electrical and lighting issues inspected. Firstly was told to pick up on Tuesday, phoned on Tuesday and the se (front and rear), 85 point inspection, electrical and lighting issues inspected. Firstly was told to pick up on Tuesday, phoned on Tuesday and the secretary couldn't get anyone to answer the phone in the service department. Then my call was not returned by them. I had to transit to them so needed to know if it was ready. No answer until Wednesday. Picked up and given all the service reports and inspection. When I got home noticed that the light issues were not fixed as it said, and the inspection was not done. Everything on the inspection was marked good when I had bad tires, brakes, license plate light out and there was only 1 km put on the jeep after drop off. So no road test was done but it was reported as done. A fuse I had to take out because inside lights were stuck on was not replaced or put back in so how did they know if the issue was fixed or not? Service notices that appear on dash were not addressed. Since bringing all this to their attention I have not been given any explanation to discrepancies or charges. Will not return or recommend.
