I placed an order for Chrysler Pinnacle hybrid 2022 on Jan 2022. We were told that the car will be available on May/Jun time frame. We didn’t get much news until middle of Jun. Then, they said Chrysler Jan 2022. We were told that the car will be available on May/Jun time frame. We didn’t get much news until middle of Jun. Then, they said Chrysler told them this model is not produced any more. We either have to wait for the 2023 model and pay for the 2023 price which is still unknown yet. Or we can choose to buy the non-hybrid limited model which is $6,000 more plus $5,000 we are supposed to get as a rebate for hybrid cars. So, in order to get a car, I have to pay $11,000 more for a lower model without hybrid. This is ridiculous. They insisted they cannot do anything to get me compensated. More
I had my car towed in yesterday for a new faub programming, I wanted to talk to service to make sure they know that the tow truck was leaving my house but the lady at reception would not transfer programming, I wanted to talk to service to make sure they know that the tow truck was leaving my house but the lady at reception would not transfer me to service despite many requests, so this morning I attempted to get a hold of service to no avail. So I took an uber to the dealership, only to find out they hadn't even checked my vehicle in. I now have to wait an hour for the service and will miss work. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE More
Just purchased a 2018 Kia stinger from there last month and realized 2 weeks later they sold me a car with defective rear brakes. They so called inspected it and couldn’t find anything for 2 hours. I took and realized 2 weeks later they sold me a car with defective rear brakes. They so called inspected it and couldn’t find anything for 2 hours. I took the car in to Canadian tire and within 20 mins I find out the rear brakes need to be replaced. I sent the inspection to them. Now they are giving me the run around and telling me it’s not their fault. They don’t work in good faith and now ignoring my calls. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here. More
I took my vehicle for service there and they took a month to “fix” vehicle and just to show up and it still have the same problem I brought it there with. BEWARE. This dealership sold us a used van and the key/fob they gave us with the sale was missing the key and the fob stopped working almost right away. When we contacted the salesperson to get this f key/fob they gave us with the sale was missing the key and the fob stopped working almost right away. When we contacted the salesperson to get this fixed he promised to get a new fob and then radio silence. When we tried calling he would dodge our calls and if I pretended to be someone else they would connect me right away (I only did this trick to test if he was purposely avoiding my calls and he was). After weeks of evading my calls he finally said "just tell your insurance that you lost it and they'll give you a new key/fob". I will not commit insurance fraud and then I told the GM, Ricky, she didn't even care. Ted, the owner/GM, also does not care that people like this are employed at their dealership. We are still without a working key and they refuse to refund the fob we bought from their service department. We bought the fob/key out of desperation while waiting for the salesperson to figure out his promise. Management is very unprofessional and disgustingly rude on the phone. More
Regular service after buying plan. The only thing you can do at this place is buy a car, everything else you should look for a different dealer. The customer service there is the worst in the lower mainland. TERRIBLE service. I brought my car for maintenance and what supposed to cost me about 400 dollars they turned into 2000 dollars. My AC was not working and my husband asked them just to check the gas. They charged me to run a diagnostic, bought the parts that did not work and charged me twice for the service. But, the best part is yet to come...They NEVER called me to let me know the cost for fixing it. Never got my approval and did it anyways... Plus, they kept my car for 24 hours, and didn’t tell me that they would keep it even I saying that I needed the car to drop off and pick up my son at the daycare..I couldn’t get the spare car. They paid only 15 bucks for the cab. However, the fee was 30..I had to pay the difference out of my pocket. RUN FROM THIS PLACE... More

I started dealing with Marine on the 2nd of February 2021. I was given a price I spend three days trying to get the information needed for my account so we could wire the cash for a Ram Limited, I've ne 2021.
