Went in for a recall and tensioner went I dropped off my car to have the recall on the PCV valve heater done. 10 mins after I picked up my car it stalled at an intersection and the steering I dropped off my car to have the recall on the PCV valve heater done. 10 mins after I picked up my car it stalled at an intersection and the steering wheel locked up. The tension belt came off and needed to be replaced. I immediately called BMW Maranello and told them what happened. They said I needed to bring the car in to have a look at but they are not responsible because the belt could come off anytime. I said that it won’t start and I’m not paying to have it towed only for you to say that there’s a reasonable doubt it wasn’t their fault. Because with cars it is rarely ever 100% conclusive they can pass the buck and this is what was done here. Beyond disappointed in what occurred right after I got my car back and the true lack of empathy and recognition of the damage done to my car. More
Bits and pieces When I went in for an issue, first they diagnosed a part of the problem for 165+tax and asked me to fix it for which I spent over 700. Again the problem came, went in for diagnosis and again they were demanding 165+tax for part of the same diagnosis and were forcing me to fix it by paying over 6000. In the first place, I was not sure if the first 700 was needed to be spent or not and very dissatisfied with the way they purposely? diagnosing bits and pieces. More

There was no strain or stress. Customer service here is valued, and unfortunately I can’t say I had the same experience at another BMW dealership, as I was looking for a vehicle on two occasions, I was bounced around from 3 service reps at Town and Country, and I couldn’t get anyone who wanted to help me out. Maranello BMW on the other hand, made me feel like my time was valuable and the experience was handled with both a high regard to professionalism and transparency. Definitly worth visiting and highly recommended. More
