I had been looking for a white 2018 BMW X5 M Sport certified series for the last few months, and finally came across one at Maranello BMW. I was very skeptical as my prior BMW purchase at another dea certified series for the last few months, and finally came across one at Maranello BMW. I was very skeptical as my prior BMW purchase at another dealer was not a memorable experience. Nevertheless, I went in and was greeted by Maurizio Nonis and it was a unique experience in the sense that, there was no pressure, and he answered all my many questions, and took the time to regain my confidence in buying another BMW. I decided to buy the vehicle, and he ensured that my vehicle was in immaculate condition on pickup day. During the waiting period he kept me in the loop, which I thought was great as we had encountered a major snow storm that pushed the pick up a 2 days. Upon arrival I was very happy! Also dealing with Vivian in finance was a very smooth experience as well. To me customer service is key and I definitely received this and would highly recommend Maurizio in used cars and Vivian in Finance! More
