This is my home dealership, as I got my car from here. In order to ensure car’s optimal performance and reliability I always bring my car to the same dealership (I know some of you may think why to bring In order to ensure car’s optimal performance and reliability I always bring my car to the same dealership (I know some of you may think why to bring it back to dealership after the warranty as it cost more, and you may have a point). I bought a second hand car, and in early days many problems surfaced that were eventually fixed by the dealership without any cost to me and had given me a loaner through the period, so it was a superb experience. As with any car over the time I had done a quiet a lot of work on this car (I know it is subjective), as I have only one car and I really like driving instead of getting rid of it I have decided to keep it, at least for now, evertime hoping it will not develop anymore problems in short time and I should be okay. Dealership has always taken care of the car properly and service team is very professional and they try to help you as much as they are allowed to. So why not 5 star, at time I feel labour charges for BMW is very high and always we pay more for labour than parts. Something why people find local mechanic and buy genuine parts. Still I keep coming back to the dealership so it must mean something 😃 More

I live in Orangeville about 1 hour away from Maranrllo. I brought in my EXPENSIVE (BMW BRANDED) luggage system for my 2014 BMW R1200R. It was suppose to be in for a simple renewing of my locks to match my I brought in my EXPENSIVE (BMW BRANDED) luggage system for my 2014 BMW R1200R. It was suppose to be in for a simple renewing of my locks to match my ignition. Got an email saying it is done but the latch is sticking "slightly". Drove down an hour the following day to pick it up. Side luggage was as it should be and done. The top luggage on the other hand Was completely butchered. The lock system wouldn't work as it should. You need to put a tonne of force to pop the latch, almost broke my thumb doing it. Then I had to leave it another day. Also the invoice went from $75 to $150. That was a nice surprise. So I drove back another hour. 4 trips so far, 100kms each way, only to return the next day. Where it finally was fixed. Invoice was adjusted but I still paid double, $130 instead of the $75. At this point I was exhausted and just wanted to leave. Paid the bil headed home to get the luggage back on my bike. In a well lit garage of mine that is where I got even more annoyed and pissed. My entire upper luggage was scratch with deep gouges and rash like the mechanic working on it just let it bounce and bang around on the floor or table he was working on. I gave them a luggage that was brand new with 4000kms on it and they gave it back like it had 100,000kms. Fpr a Brand like BMW and to encounter such an issue gets me very uoset that bought the wrong motorcycle. I love my bike but I hate the customer service and how my property was treated. The sad part is there is no way for me to fix all those cosmetic scratches on such EXPENSIVE luggage pieces.
