I dealt with Kate Latis when I came in looking for an X5. I had shopped around at other dealerships but elected to go with Kate. Knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond helpful. I had accepted that it may take months to receive my car but I got a surprise call from Kate telling me that they had secured an early allocation build and that my car had already in fact left the US and was on its way to Maranello. She was kind enough to walk me in the back when it arrived so I could get a sneak peak and took delivery 4 days later. I recommend Kate 11/10 times. More

And it was! Rosemary is the Finance manager and worked very hard to get me the best financial package I was comfortable with. Bravo to the staff at Maranello BMW. They even made me an espresso!! Wow. They over charged me by putting extra parts that they did not install and I have a feeling my last visit has similar issue but I lost the receipt.
