Worst finance manager experience Gustavo! So rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, pushy, you name it, he made our experience the worst of all car purchases and leases we had in Ontario. Gustavo! So rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, pushy, you name it, he made our experience the worst of all car purchases and leases we had in Ontario. No communication skills, no manners, really disappointed and surprised the dealership is entrusting him with his post. More

It was very efficient obtaining the Carfax vehicle history report, pre-owned certification, extended warranty and financing approved within a day. We took delivery of the vehicle within 3 business days. We were recommended to Maple VW through Car Help Canada. It was indeed a very positive experience! More

Lucas treated me with A1 service, he was very keen to learn about my vehicle requirements and needs. He was instrumental along with Bennie and Nate to align my taste with the style of VW (ie. Brand New Passat). that fits me and my personality. The team at Maple VW personally reached out to me several days after I took possession of my new VW as a follow up to see if I was still happy with my new purchase. Because of the 3 mentioned earlier I will continue to commute from Barrie where I live to service my New VW(Passat) I would strongly recommend Maple VW as a place to conduct honest and transparent business transaction, (NO HIDDEN GIMMICKS) Keep up the Great work Maple VW Lucas, Bennie and Nate :) More

We were My son bought a VW Golf in September and I purchased one today! Emil & Frank are top notch! They actually remembered us from the last time. We were treated with respect and they worked hard to get us the cars we wanted at a fair price. They treated us like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a VW. We also had a very positive experience with Elie who worked out the finances. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great warranty! These 3 guys are super! I will definitely be back to maple VW. No concern f With a safety issue(flat tire),for an Golf R without spare tire from the factory,I was able to get an appointment just three days later. No concern for the safety of the vw customers. At 4.00 pm I was told is too late for a flat repair, wich it take a max half an hour, still they’re business hour is untill 5.30pm These dealer have double the prices for maintenance compared with other vw dealers for exactly the same work and parts. I strongly recomend customer to look for these services at dealers like:Midtown or Gergetown. More
Missed the repair. Return the next day after $2800 job!! If I can give zero or negative, I would have done that. My son's VW stalled going on the on-ramp to Hwy 400 and this is the closest dealership we If I can give zero or negative, I would have done that. My son's VW stalled going on the on-ramp to Hwy 400 and this is the closest dealership we can have the car towed to. Charged us $123/hour for diagnosis. Zero oil. Refilled oil and car was running. It was Thu before Labour Day and the car wasn't even looked at until Tue. Got the car on Thu, a full week later. Total charge was a couple bucks short of $2800 (yes, everything was approved by me). The next day, the "check engine" light lit up again coming from work and took the car back to the dealership. Lo and behold, they found a leak!! And another grand was charged (they did agree to drop it from $1100). The receptionist type "customer also noticed liquid dripping from under the vehicle while putting onto the tow truck" (it was a CAA flat-bed, Thank you CAA) on the first visit. And we told her that there was no oil in our garage. How can they miss seeing leaking oil on the first visit, I wondered? Where will the oil go if not leaking and no sign of burning oil on the engine and exhaust? After decades of owning VW-Audi cars, this is my first experience of missing the diagnosis totally. This is not our usual dealership and we almost never service our cars from independent garages. Don't let me lose faith in the VW group. More
Unethical Sales Practices and Crook General Sales Manager Nasty Sales Practices at this dealership. Things to Watch for -They don’t go on verbal agreement so make sure you check your paperwork before you Nasty Sales Practices at this dealership. Things to Watch for -They don’t go on verbal agreement so make sure you check your paperwork before you get too excited for your new car. -They tell you something verbally and on actual paper. -They use nasty sales tactics so don’t hand out your credit card until deal is completed and deposit amount you agree on. -They really don’t care about customer at all, neither their feelings. all they want is that month sales and commissions. I personally do not recommend to buy new vehicle from this dealership but it is up to you if you would like to go ahead and experience by your own. More
Poor Service received On May 12, 2018,l had the first appointment booked in time slot between 9:30-10 am with the sales lease manager, Frank Ferlisi for that date. I arrive On May 12, 2018,l had the first appointment booked in time slot between 9:30-10 am with the sales lease manager, Frank Ferlisi for that date. I arrived in the morning at the dealership at 9:40 am with my two young daughters, which I told the sales manger Frank Ferlisi on the phone, that I was bringing along with me on that Saturday morning, and that's why we both agreed to booked me for the first appointment. When entering the dealership, I told the reception that I was there to see, and have an appointment with Frank Ferlisi. She then pointed toward his desk, that he was with customers at the moment, to have a seat, which she will let them him know, that I was there for my appointment, and was waiting. Now it's approximate 11am, which now myself, and my kids growing impatient on waiting for him. So I go towards his desk to let him know that I'm leaving, and I see him standing there with the general manager just laughing away, with no more customers at his desk, while I'm waiting with my kids, which made me little more upset, as l have waited 1.5 hours, which then I pointed towards both of them showing my watch, and saying this is unacceptable, that I been force to wait so long, while you're there just laughing as a casual conversation that you can hear that wasn't work related issues, when you have customers waiting. And then the general manager, Jim Garofalo, approach me and asked if I was talking directly to him, which I explained to him,I've been waiting for an hour and a half with my kids for Frank, and l see him standing there talking, and laughing disregarding me waiting for him since 9:40am in the morning, now close to 11am, which then he told me to wait a moment, and he will get Frank to come and talk to me. Now Frank comes to talk to me which he states, that he was unaware that I was waiting for him all this time. That the reception didn't mention anything to him, which he's putting the blame on the reception. So I gave him a second chance, and sat down with him at his desk, with my two young daughter beside me, and we go through some numbers, and terms regarding a new vehicle lease, Which now my kids are asking if we can go eat, which now they're little stomachs are hungry, which now we're approaching the noon hour, which l said to them ok, which then Frank replies to my kids to have some cake, which is on the table next to him, seeing they were have a customer VIP event that day, which wasn't busy at all when I was there. Which then my kids replied no thank you, that they rather have something else to eat elsewhere. Which then Frank suggest for me, to see the lease finance management office for a credit approval before I take the kids for lunch, and tell my kids if they can wait 10 minutes, which we will be done, which now they're growing more impatient which I can't blame them, after being there for 2.5 hours now, which I told the Frank, that my kids come first, and that I would have to come back. He tells me while l'm walking out now, that he'll be there till 6pm, but if I don't come back that day, then the discount he offer for me, is off the table, and we would have to start this process over again with with another deal that might not be as good as the one on the table for that day. So it's bad enough that we almost waited all morning for him. Then he tells my kids to wait a little longer to go to eat, when they tell me that they're hungry, and that they would like to go eat somewhere else, and tries to push me to go get a credit approval before I take them for lunch, and then tells me his offer is only good until 6 PM, that if I didn't come back that day, that I would not get the same excellent discount that he offer, which after the way we were treated at the dealership, I didn't return, and I went to another dealership, which they gave me a better offer, and treated me, and my kids as a customer, with no pressure. I recommend who looking to purchase a vehicle, to go to a dealership that treats you as you're one of their family members, and appreciates you as a customer, instead of a dealership that's only looking to make a sale, shame on Maple VW, and Frank Ferlisi.
