Horrible experience with this dealer, was given an amount on a trade and they went back on it, offered less. Despite this I decided to put a deposit of a Volkswagen atlas with black rims, arranged pick up date. 1 day before pick up date they call to tell me my vehicle won’t be ready. I ask them why and wasn’t given a straight answer. Someone else from the dealer told me they had sold the vehicle I wanted and were waiting to get the one with black wheels. Finally get my vehicle and find out they didn’t provide all the muddy buddy Matt’s asked for and now at my first service come to find out they never honoured the two free services. I will never ever recommend Maple Volkswagen to anyone. xxxxty service. More

Initial experience with Derek and purchasing a used 2021 Atlas was excellent. Amazing staff, willing to work with us and create a good initial first impression. Due a cracked windshield they needed some extra time to replace it. Totally understandable. A day and time was agreed upon for pick up. On the day and time agreed upon, that decided to call AT THAT TIME to tell us that the vehicle was not ready. No communication whatsoever and not even an apology as it was an hours drive to get to the dealership. Another day is agreed upon. We confirmed numerous times. My husband arrives. They spend an extortionate amount of time putting in the windshield, only to come out and say that...wait for this one...the rearview mirror wont adhere to the windshield. Ok...this was a first for us but here were are. So they duct tape the rear view mirror to the windshield as we now have to get ANOTHER windshield installed but have to wait a week before doing so. They then come up with the great idea of trying to get us to drive to an independent location for the windshield installation because they don't want to do it in house. Which is really their responsibility. We insisted on going back to the dealership for them to remedy this. Trip number three. My husband arrives at the dealership. Staff were rude, dismissive and downright annoyed that they were there to do their job. 4 hours later, the person in charge of fixing the windshield tells my husband that its no longer his problem from this point on, tosses the keys, and says to take up any issues with the manager. And guess what? The rearview mirror still wasn't adhering properly. This man's name was Iggy. Note to all who care, don't let him touch your vehicle. So. Do not shop here if you value good customer service and quality workmanship or even half decent communication. Horrendous experience. More

With no pressure whatsoever they introduced me to the new 2024 Golf GTI a true beauty of a vehicle Made in Germany and at the same time made an offer on my trade in I couldn't refuse. They did everything possible to get this vehicle as soon as possible for me knowing how nowadays if could take up to a year. After 5 months there it was...my new 2024 Golf GTI. Jim, Frank and also Andre D the Delivery Specialist were absolutely the best and making this whole experience very exciting. Service was absolutely on point from start to finish!! I came in one day falling in love with their 1 and only 2016 Passat highline. I thought to myself let me give them one more call and make sure it was 100% sold as people try to finance cars. With my luck it had not been sold! Igy the sales representative kept to his word and did not let anyone see the vehicle until I could even though I told him I was still shopping around. He also did not flinch one bit with my dads relentless haggling skills and endless questions which I respect and appreciate a lot as my dad can be a bit much at times. Every person Igy passed me along to from Finance manager Lucas to Nat I was treated with patience and care. Being in an accident is stressful enough let alone finding out you only have 1 more week with your rental and have to buy a car in that time frame so I thank this dealership for their patience, kindness in going the extra mile for me and their genuine care in making sure I leave their dealership as a happy satisfied customer with no questions left unspoken about regarding my new car. My dad was on the hunt for some winter tires and would ask random people walking by questions and not 1 got annoyed or brushed him off they all worked as a team to make sure my dad got what he needed and as a customer it's those little details that matter. Great experience working with Alex del Rio I was on the hunt for a particular year/make of used VW and was calling from out of province so couldn't go to the dealership to see the one in stock I was on the hunt for a particular year/make of used VW and was calling from out of province so couldn't go to the dealership to see the one in stock at Maple Volkswagen in person until I was close to certain I would be buying it. Alex made a huge effort to track down answers to all of my questions and provide photographs when there was no guarantee I would be able to make it to the dealership before someone else purchased the vehicle. He did everything he could to assist me in making my decision without ever putting pressure on me to commit to the sale. In the end, I wasn't able to proceed with a purchase but I have to thank Alex for all his effort. Greatly appreciated. Five stars! More
