Roger was great!!!! Friendly , knew his information about the cars I was looking at and honest which was such a breath of fresh air. I greatly appreciated his quick replies to emails and texts. I have bought or been part of buying 3 cars before my Mazda and I can truthfully say I have never been treated with such respect . Roger listened to what I wanted and made it happen! the sales manager and finance guy (Adam ) were funny , energetic and you could really feel that everyone involved really believe that Mazdas are a great car thank you so much for everything Im loving my Car!!!!!! Worse service experience ever I took my new Mazda Cx 9 to service and i showed the defect at the car and they told me they look for it and when i pick up the car , they told me the I took my new Mazda Cx 9 to service and i showed the defect at the car and they told me they look for it and when i pick up the car , they told me they have checked other car at the showroom and other models are look like same and that is why they cant do anything and i have told them it is problem for me and when i showed to the salesperson this problem after i bought the car he told me it is no problem they will fix at the first service. Called maple mazda to fact check, turns out they carried the part after speaking with Ian Findlay. Came in later that day, I felt that I recieved personalized service and for the first time in a while a really positive experience dealing with a dealership, Ian went out of his way to help me with the parts i bought and made sure i was happy with the parts and how to use them.
