Roger was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and never pushy. Paul was the sales manager and was completely approachable doen to earth, HONEST and worked with us to put a deal together. Bill was the finance manager and was an absolute delight to deal with. He clearly communicated the prosess every step of the way and was very happy and positive every time we dealt with him Over all I highly recommend the dealership and the people I dealt with. More

Went for oil change I will NOT be going back to this dealership. It was my first time taking my car there and my first impression of my visit is poor. When I first walked I will NOT be going back to this dealership. It was my first time taking my car there and my first impression of my visit is poor. When I first walked in the girl at the front desk wouldn't even acknowledge me until I got her attention to ask where service was. No hello or any other form of friendly greeting. Once at the service desk I waited 5 mins until someone acknowledged me there. I saw people sitting around and all said "someone should be with you soon". When the woman came to the desk she did not seem very pleasant and gave me a hard time with the service I wanted and did not want. I just wanted an oil change. Once I got my car back, it took till I got home to notice that my hood was not closed properly. So, back I went and had them have a look. You'd think after having had the hood open they would close it properly. I could not get it closed and neither could they without doing something to which they would not explain to me other than it just needed force. Even the woman waiting behind me told me that the service is never good when she goes. One visit is enough for me not to return. Unfriendly and poor service. More

I was quite impressed by the professionalism the Maple Mazda team presented to a person with zero experience in buying a vehicle. Sales manager Paul Joseph made the effort to ensure I left his dealership in a brand-new vehicle. He went so far as to tweak the numbers to give me the best price, despite the fact I had agreed to the initial cost and was oblivious to better options. Adam Brake explained all the finance options in detail, with an answer to every single one of my questions. He was so entertaining that I’m pretty sure most of my visit was spent talking to him. Consultant Roger Hung was the most convincing in my decision. I had visited many other top-rated Google dealerships during my search for a new car. Some sales reps were good, while others would sit at their desks until I approached them, and/or would read off a pamphlet. Roger was the first to recognize that I had already done my homework and that I knew what I was looking for. He could provide me with additional information and knowledge that one cannot easily find on the internet or by consulting other vehicle owners. He would address my concerns and provided an explanation for all his statements. Roger explained every feature of my vehicle, and has made himself available after already selling the car. He clearly has an interest in retaining his customers over the long-term. This alone is why Maple Mazda will be first dealership I visit should I decide to trade-in or purchase another vehicle. As for the Mazda3 Sport GT, I am a simple person looking for a feasible mode of transportation. I purchased the car primarily for the value, fuel economy, features and accommodation for transporting my training supplies and my dog. While it has only been a month, I am having fun driving the car. It is comfortable for me, it has all the newest features I did not know existed (last vehicles I’ve driven were 2015), and has an appealing sporty look. I still haven’t explored its full capability. My only annoyance thus far with the vehicle is its middle console. For a small person (5’3”) it seems to be built for a much taller person or for someone who has a flexible right shoulder to reach behind for storage or access to the USB slots. Also, the premium/technology package also does not include power-seats for the passenger side. But, the multi-radar monitoring system, unique driving display, Bose sound system, console system, and driver specific design more than make up for my minor frustrations. It’s a great car and so far I am quite confident it will satisfy the long-term expectations I have. More

Great team, great buying experience We came in near closing time on a Tuesday night with our 2014 Mazda 3. Roger was friendly and managed to get a great deal for us out of Paul. We left an hour or so later with contract in hand. The guys were able to locate a vehicle matching our special order and bring it across Canada in a timely fashion. Bill wrapped up the paperwork efficiently with clear explanations about care and insurance packages. A week and a half later we rolled out in our new amazing 2017 Mazda. Excellent work! More

I have bought or been part of buying 3 cars before my Mazda and I can truthfully say I have never been treated with such respect . Roger listened to what I wanted and made it happen! the sales manager and finance guy (Adam ) were funny , energetic and you could really feel that everyone involved really believe that Mazdas are a great car thank you so much for everything Im loving my Car!!!!!! Worse service experience ever I took my new Mazda Cx 9 to service and i showed the defect at the car and they told me they look for it and when i pick up the car , they told me the I took my new Mazda Cx 9 to service and i showed the defect at the car and they told me they look for it and when i pick up the car , they told me they have checked other car at the showroom and other models are look like same and that is why they cant do anything and i have told them it is problem for me and when i showed to the salesperson this problem after i bought the car he told me it is no problem they will fix at the first service.
