Bought from Tricky Dickey Tam! never again. Didn't represent vehicle accurately---it's a used vehicle---!! Hood was all scratched up and doors pitted from gravel! My wife asked how never again. Bought my car from Anthony and then I ran over a piece of steel and got a flat. He was at the dealership late Thursday night and instead of making me wait for Roadside assistance he came and changed my tire steel and got a flat. I purchased a brand new CX-90 PHEV in 2023 December, we paid for upgraded floor mats and they have yet to deliver the floor mats. Every time we inquire about the status we get a new answer like "we cant fi paid for upgraded floor mats and they have yet to deliver the floor mats. Every time we inquire about the status we get a new answer like "we cant find the paperwork" or some generic answer that changes every time we ask. Todays date is August 29th 2024, still no word on the floor mats we have already paid for. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, there is a complete lack of professionalism from Brad the salesman we have dealt with. More

Went to see one of their used vehicles. I was told it is company policy to not allow a test drive off their lot for one of the "economy" used vehicles. I will not shop there or any other lo I was told it is company policy to not allow a test drive off their lot for one of the "economy" used vehicles. I will not shop there or any other lot that won't let you take the car for a real test drive. This makes me think they are hiding something. Also when I asked if they would do the provincial safety on the vehicle, the salesman said it would be better to take it somewhere else. Very shady, will not be returning there for any vehicle! Beware of side charges as well!! More
