I used this dealer for both sales and service and both times had very unfortunate experiences. First with the sales person misinforming me about the length of a warranty, then, more importantly, work bei times had very unfortunate experiences. First with the sales person misinforming me about the length of a warranty, then, more importantly, work being performed on my car without my consent. The work, I will also mention, was done on a 3 year old car, which I had purchased there only 2 months earlier. The shifter broke off, so I had the car towed in and asked to be called with a price if it was not covered under my warranty (which was already a sore point because I purchased a car with 3 years warranty and only actually got 2). I was called and told it was ready, and given I was not given a price (which I asked for multiple times), I presumed it was under warranty. Unfortunately, it was not, and I was handed a $500 bill when I got there to pick it up! Very unprofessional! I will not go back there, or bring my business to Honda or Acura in Saskatoon as they are the same management team. More
