BEWARE! !!! I originally had troubles with this dealership when I had purchased my new f-150 and leased it though their leasing company. The sales agent a !!! I originally had troubles with this dealership when I had purchased my new f-150 and leased it though their leasing company. The sales agent and mangers had tried to sign my financing rate at a much higher rate then discussed which would have costs me $5000 over the lease term. After calling them out on the matter they started taking extras away from the deal (oil changes, service credit etc) which they had promised me and then threatened to keep my deposit if I were to back out of the deal. Fast forward 3 years, my lease has ended and I have requested my lease buyout from assistant finance manager Nadine Nieto. After several days she tried to not disclose the buyout statement from the leasing company and send me a BOS for thousands of dollars more then the residual amount that I was supposed to pay. Hugh red flags with this dealership. They are not upfront with anything! If you do not know how a dealership works and or financing, they have the ability and will take you for thousands. No honesty here. Take your business elsewhere More
I took my truck in for a apple carplay upgrade I paid for, They fried the whole system and now the truck screen is blank and they want me to pay $1300 to fix something they fried. I dealt with FAZIA and JEN the service manager who had the audacity to ask me why did I brought my truck to their service center if im going to give a bad review. Its ownerships like these of FORD service centers that bring shame to the ford name. More
Hi i had transmission issues that was on recall i took it there in 2020 they fixed it and later again i had issues they charged me $800 approx and told me that now its under warranty till 2023 march But to there in 2020 they fixed it and later again i had issues they charged me $800 approx and told me that now its under warranty till 2023 march But today i took it to their dealership they said they cannot fix it as its clutch not transmission but i know i am driving and it’s literally same problem i have had 3-4 times before but they dont want to fix it and now charging me for diagnose fee or else they wont release my car that’s the threat they gave me i have screenshot of that msg More
Paid 11300$ for a brand new F450 in Jan 21. Very happy. Then the recalls began. Windshield needed repairs bcuz it could fly out while driving. Took it in Aug21. Fast forward to feb2022 and major crack appeared out of blacked out area where all the electronics are and I couldn’t see the crack developing because of the blackness. But then through the winter temperatures I guess it decided to start to travel when I noticed it. He did a pen test which means they take a pen along the crack to see if it was struck by a rock they agreed it wasn’t a rock they actually said the window was broken on the inside they blamed it on me and said I took too long to bring it in secondly the dash light stating cleaning exhaust filter stopped working then he engine would raise to near explosion and they said that’s normal being an electrician I know there’s only three ways the light doesn’t work the ball is dead the wire is severed or there’s no power I asked if they check for that they said no we don’t do that and then they gave me a bill for $225 stating that they’re not paying their men wages to look for my problems .i paid for an extended warranty. Thirdly my tires were wearing unevenly and I asked them to look at it they told me and charge me a half an hour $82 to tell me the tires were worn on the edge that is what I told them it was wrong they said I needed an alignment on my visit about the windshield they looked into the tire situation again and told me I don’t need it in alignment contradicted what they told me three weeks previous I got upset and raise my voice and swore I should’ve not done that but I apologized. I asked for the credentials at the mechanic which I should be able to see and you refuse me I will never go there again ever I am going to put signage on my truck explaining this entire story so everybody can read it and maybe they will wake up they can’t treat people that way. They jerked over the wrong person. More

Delivered the info we asked for, acted quick and was always friendly with a smile. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant.
