Great Experience at Maclin Ford I had such a good experience at this dealership! I walked in 100% certain I was not buying a new vehicle and walked out in a brand new 2016 Escape. I had such a good experience at this dealership! I walked in 100% certain I was not buying a new vehicle and walked out in a brand new 2016 Escape. Maranda was my salesperson and she is absolutely awesome! She made me feel comfortable from the start and I never felt pushed or pressured into anything. She listened to every question and concern I had (which was many) and was right there with the answer. I felt like we were old friends by the time this deal was over, that's how personable she is. Her and Mike also worked together to get me an awesome deal on my new vehicle. I got everything I asked for (and more) for less money than I expected, plus an awesome price for the vehicle I traded in. I really felt like they listened to me. You always here the line, "our #1 goal is to make the customer happy" and it's hard to believe, but I really, truly felt like that was their goal here. Another thing I really appreciate on top of an already great experience was that the sales staff suggested a new insurance provider for me to contact and he got my insurance lowered by over $100 per month. This was before they knew one way or the other whether I was going to purchase a vehicle or not. This was just a really awesome bonus. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or their staff. Everyone I dealt with from sales staff, to finance, to delivery was helpful and sincere. They have a great group here and I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. More

Very good customer service I bought a focus St through maclin Ford. The was a mix up with some racing stripes that were on it that I didn't want. They removed them as requeste I bought a focus St through maclin Ford. The was a mix up with some racing stripes that were on it that I didn't want. They removed them as requested and corrected the mirror casing (they were red with the Racing stripes as well) and those were fixed promptly.
