Good Experience Overall I always have a great experience when I go to Maclin Ford. The only thing I brought up this time, after 4 years, is that fact that other dealers usua I always have a great experience when I go to Maclin Ford. It would be a great customer service and an act of appreciation from Ford if this was done. If it's about people complaining about scratches, then give the costumer the choice and if they decide to go ahead with the rinse, have them sign a waiver. More

Excellent customer service Brendan as our sales rep was exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations. He even arranged to pick up my vehicle while I was at work, took Brendan as our sales rep was exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations. He even arranged to pick up my vehicle while I was at work, took it to have winter tires put on, and brought it back to me before my shift was over.
