We had originally began our search at another Ford dealership in Calgary and were ready to sign papers until they mislead us with information so we called Maclin Ford and spoke with Bill, asking if we could lease a vehicle and have it the same day (which is quite the request). He told us they could do it so we went in and look at their vehicle options. From the moment we stepped in the dealership our experience was professional, welcoming and friendly. Their honesty, laid-back nature and factual knowledge were very much appreciated. They did not bombard us with crazy sales tactic and their ultimate goal was to ensure we were happy. All of the staff we dealt with we super kind, professional and down to earth. At no point did we feel like they were being pushy or trying to force us into making a decision. It was truly a great experience. We would highly recommend this dealership, as it is definitely the best dealership experience we have ever had! More

I did not complete my transaction at the time as I decided My current Ford escape was in good shape and wanted to drive that some more as it has been a good vehicle, Ian still showed me some many options that did look appealing and well priced.
