A Continuing Tradition of Excellent Sales and Service! I didn't realize that Maclin Ford had recently changed ownership. I walked into the dealership to purchase new tires for my 2014 F-150 three months ago, and a couple of days later signed a deal for a new 2016 F-150. There were, uh, challenges associated with accessing and delivering the new vehicle (brought in from another dealership), but everything has been satisfactorily resolved. Graham Mitran, my sales associate, has to be the hardest working sales person I have ever met. He truly went above and beyond to address and sort out the issues. (I was at the dealership this morning at 7:00 AM for service, and Graham was already in the showroom!) I would also like to thank Aaron for backing up Graham in resolving problems. Maclin Ford, and Graham Mitran in particular have my highest recommendation. More
