Ethical treatment of a customer My first experience with This dealership was getting about 12 grand in work done on a 99 f250 i had. I was so impressed that i have been dealing with them ever since. I bought my First truck from them in 2011. they did everything they could to help me get into a good truck with decent payments even though i had no credit rating. then in 2015 when i bought my current truck they got me into close to what i wanted at a good price with a really nice interest rate. Fast forward to March 5th 2019 i am in the middle of a divorce. I have custody of my 3 girls and am an unemployed Journeyman welder. I am struggling to make my payments on the truck specially after my wife cleared out our accounts and bounced my November rent check. I went in to see what they could do for me to get a vehicle with lower payments. Problem is my credit is now crap. Chad could have got me into something with lower payments but because of my crap credit now i would have had a 29% interest rate. He told me he was going to refuse to sell me a car not because of the bad credit but because he didn't want to screw me over like that. he even helped me set up a plan to get me back to prime in 6 months. he also helped me out with a few other things as well. Not only will I be back here to buy my third vehicle from them in 6 months, I would recommend them to anyone and Specially Chad More

Worst dealership ever will NEVER go back there again, you trust what you are being told it the truth just to find out you where lied to and they won’t do anything to help you get your money back, so obviously they don’t care about what there finance people promise and say to get you to buy warranty and spend more money as long as they get it!!!!!!!!!! Do not use this dealer! Never use this dealer! Non existent customer service.I am sceptical they follow Ford processes. I have attempted to address a warranty issue for fou Never use this dealer! Non existent customer service.I am sceptical they follow Ford processes. I have attempted to address a warranty issue for four months. Every time I call to follow up there are new staff and indicate that the old staff left. Last week I was told the general manager walked out. At the time we purchased the vehicle we had a major issue that was resolved very quickly which renewed our faith in this dealership. But after our latest experience there is no excuse. They did not submit a warranty claim , we had our issue fixed out of pocket and then told they couldn’t submit our warranty. They gave us half the value of the repair for our trouble, even though it would clearly be covered under warranty. This have been escalated to Ford Canada but I would never ever ever recommend this dealer....... My husband and I are on our sixth ford since 2009 ...we love the brand but the experience we had with this dealer makes us question whether or not will stay with Ford More

Much Better then my First Experience with this Dealership This first time I bought a vehicle at Maclin, the battery died in a week, they originally tried to charge me for the battery until they realized that This first time I bought a vehicle at Maclin, the battery died in a week, they originally tried to charge me for the battery until they realized that I had just bought it. Then it sat at ford for over a week before the battery was replaced. Needless to say, it wasn't a great experience. When I was approached again regarding possibly upgrading I was very hesitant to go through the dealership again. However, I'm happy to say that the over all experience was excellent. Steven Frankland was ill on the day of our appointment, however I was taken care of well by numerous other staff members and I felt confident in my purchase. Although my Ford was dirty (demo) and needed a thorough detail, they got it done quickly and I was able to pickup my spic and span 2018 Ford Explorer in a few days. Steven Frankland was kind enough to keep me updated on the progress daily until I picked it up. Thanks Guys. Im in love with my Explorer (nicknamed Mystique). More
Much better then my first experience. The finanace manager (lenette) and training sales associate (Patty) were very personal and helpful with answering my questions. Picked up a 2017 ford focus, was not given a walk around of the vehicle upon pick up. When I was driving the vehicle home I noticed a heavy rattling coming from driver side passenger door, a deviation in front left tire and was not given a second key/faub to use since my first one is selective when it wants to work. Car was not clean on pick up but was given a credit for a full detailing which was very nice. More
