Excellent Experience t all started with the phone call experience when they knew what they were talking about and there was no bs. Life got in the way and we cancelled that appointment, but we came back last night and spoke with Chris - he came up to us like a gentleman. We had gone to other dealers where they were either hard to find or like vultures, but Chris was the perfect in between. The service we had was impeccable going forward. We had Paul who put a lot of it together. He was incredibly helpful and informative and he explained things so well as it was our first new car. When we noticed a small flaw in the paint, they went above and beyond to fit the fix into our schedule. Our experience was above our expectations! They deserve more stars!! More

Unfortunately our 2005 Yukon from Ontario failed the out-of-province inspection so we had to go shopping for another vehicle. When we came to Maclin Ford, Neil Pearson suggested we consider a low mileage 2007 Edge which had just come to the dealership as a trade-in. We test drove it and found it to be an excellent vehicle. Neil helped us negotiate a fair price. We told him on Wednesday that we'd really like to take delivery by Friday evening, and Neil made this happen. We are grateful for Neil's assistance, and will recommend him to our friends. More
