Service that goes that extra mile! I've purchased 3 vehicles from Maclin and the reason I keep going back is the service. It starts at the top with the Service Manager Jim he always goes above and beyond on multiple occasions he has exceeded my expectations. My service advisor Greg is fantastic I never seem to plan in advance for routine service appointments but Greg always seems to accommodate my request. Greg always makes me feel like a VIP and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for the great service guys it is very much appreciated and is the reason I keep coming back to Maclin Ford. I also should mention Graham I purchased my vehicle from him over a year ago he was extremely professional during the sales process and I've recommended him to friends who have also purchased vehicles from him. Graham always stops in to say hi while I'm in for service and still continues to check on my purchase to ensure I'm happy. The staff at Maclin is great. More
