He did everything he could to make sure I got a car that I wanted and it would be the right vehicle for my needs, and I had fun doing it. I spent quite a few hours at the dealership, and it was not the most expensive purchase, but despite that Bill went through every motion with me and made sure I was confident about the purchase I was going to make (he was also a fun and down to earth guy, easy to get along with and not 'sales' oriented at all, he was genuinely invested in my needs and wants as a customer). I ended up with a 2013 Ford Fusion, and the pre owned sales manager, Paul, also made sure I was taken good care of with financing and the trade in for my vehicle. What can I say.. I love my new car! I had never bought a car from a dealership before, but Bill and Paul made it very difficult not to buy a car from them with how helpful they were. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys, and I would definitely reccomend anyone to Maclin. The customer service I received was better than any other service experience I've had (and as a restaurant manager I pay close attention to that). If you need a car, Maclin is the place to go. More

On the back end, Candace Fediuk was amazing to deal with. She had everything organized and ready to go for us when we came to pick up our vehicle. Very friendly and went through everything thoroughly to ensure we were completely satisfied with the decision. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the past 5 years. I was a little leery on using this dealership again as my first experience was certainly not like this. I am glad that i chose Maclin and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a Ford consider Bryce and Candace at Maclin. More
