Once a purchase decision was made we were introduced to Kristjan Trygg in Finance. Kristjan explained to us the various options available for vehicle protection, maintenance and extended warranty. Again, no pressure and we are satisfied with the decisions. We love our new truck and are very pleased that we chose to do business with Maclin Ford.
