The staff was very friendly and Chris, the sales associate, took us on a test drive. He was slightly unfamiliar with some of the cars features (it was a dodge) but looked into my questions with no problems. They had the car ready for pick up the next day. I had an issue with a fob and with no hesitation they said they would get it fixed. The wait time for paperwork and what not was a bit long but that's to be expected. All in all I would recommend Chris and Maclin Ford to anyone thinking about buying a car. More

"The Car Proof Report" The car proof report was "unavailable" online and we were not shown it until after the deal was done and the deposit made. It was interesting to see it had been in a minor accident and had been a rental at one time. It may have affected our decision. The file had apparently gone astray that day but was available the following day when we came to finalize everything. The vehicle was missing the owners manual, Chris found us one for a previous year vehicle and promised to get us a proper yrs one, but we are still waiting. Other then that we are very satisfied with his service. We had some minor issues that needed taking care off and the service department did an excellent job there. More
