Superior Work by Floyd and the Service Department Floyd has done an excellent job helping to figure out the problem that my 2016 F150 has had since purchase. I recently was back in for my first oil ch Floyd has done an excellent job helping to figure out the problem that my 2016 F150 has had since purchase. I recently was back in for my first oil change, tire rotation and everything went off with out a hitch (they even had a tech check the alignment for free!) The problem was also identified and the replacement subwoofer has been ordered! I trust that the work that the service department will do when my subwoofer comes in and any future service that I need, will be done with the same care and attention that Floyd has provided thus far. More

The work was outlined clearly in advance, he checked in halfway through the day, and explained what I needed to the technicians. My car was ready earlier than expected and Jean took the time to explain all the work that was completed as well as recommendations moving forward. Will come back! More
