Great experience with Jean Giurguis I was helped by Jean Giurguis (service advisor). Although I had a couple unusual requests, he understood and followed through perfectly. The work was outlined clearly in advance, he checked in halfway through the day, and explained what I needed to the technicians. My car was ready earlier than expected and Jean took the time to explain all the work that was completed as well as recommendations moving forward. Will come back! More

Routine Service The visit was for a routine Oil Change and Inspection. As we were driving home from the service centre it was noted that the brakes were pulsing when The visit was for a routine Oil Change and Inspection. As we were driving home from the service centre it was noted that the brakes were pulsing when applied. Phoned the service department when we got home. They got us in the next day for a brake check. They ID the issue and it was fixed under warranty. Thank you for the quick work More

Buying experience Spent the day looking at various f150 models, LImited, Platinum and the King Ranch, the trucks were within a couple thousand dollars of each other. Made a deal with the Manager Mike Hamelin for a percentage amount off window sticker regardless of which truck I chose. We decided to sleep on the decision of which truck we wanted. The next morning the salesman Bill Proulx contacted me and inquired if we had made a decision, I replied that we would take the King Ranch, and we would be in to pick it up based on the deal we had shook hands on the day before. Off to the bank I go and get a bank draft for the agreed amount, everything was going good, truck was cleaned fuelled up and ready to go all we needed to do was do up the paper work. This is where things went sideways, got into th admins office and her numbers were way off what we had agreed to, Mike was called in and he went on about losing money and he needed another $1000 above what we agreed to, this caught my wife, me and the salesman Bill by surprise. The poor admin girl spent the next hour trying to make the numbers work while Mike was phoning the GM for direction. She finally told us to go have lunch while Mike gets things worked out. We came back from lunch and went and seen the Adminstrator and she said she had not heard back from Mike yet. I tracked Mike down and asked, what's the deal? And he replied no deal, I need another $1000 dollars. MIke apologized and we left with no truck. Amazed , flabbergasted and frustrated. More
