Also prepare for the keys they hand you to have a suspiciously higher mileage written down on them then the actual mileage of the vehicle. Prepare for them to not have anything done that they said they would have done before you pick up the car. Currently I am working with a cps fraud investigator and a independent mechanic to determine whether or not the odometer has been tampered with. What a nightmare. Never go here. Go to any other Ford dealership. Also shout out to Sam Darwich who strait up lied to my face about the lean. More

Great service and best how to tutorial. Chris was professional, patient, calm and knowledgeable. He gave us a thorough tutorial on how to use all the car's features and even set up my phone. Chris was professional, patient, calm and knowledgeable. He gave us a thorough tutorial on how to use all the car's features and even set up my phone. He was a "no pressure" salesman. We dealt with Candace for our financing. We started out to buy a used car but with Candace's review of all of our finance options showing us how to optimize our financing, we chose to buy a new car. She was respectful and we felt she was looking out for our best interests. It took a few visits to make some decisions but we didn't feel pressured into making the right decision for us. Candace really was the one that made the deal for us and Chris was a great compliment to the sale. Thanks to Chris and Candace we ended up with exactly what we wanted while being treated exactly the way we wanted to be treated. More
