Best ford dealership in Calgary!!! So we started our search for a Ford Explorer in Nov 2016 and the first dealership me and my husband visited was the Marlborough ford dealership. The experience there was just terrible the person who greeted us there was so rude and the salesman was acting as though I could not afford the vehicle and showed us a old Ford Explorer (seems that he prob thought that's what I could afford) we walked away so disappointed and totally left deflated,as we drove away from the Marlborough ford location I remember telling my husband that maybe it's just not meant to be. I honestly felt like not going to another ford dealership. My husband then looked up a Barlow location in Calgary just as we drove away from the Marlborough dealership. There we found the most wonderful salesman named Ed who showed us a newer Ford Explorer and allowed us to test drive it alone. He restored our faith in ford to be honest. Ed helped show us all the different models and options avail to us, but they had a bit of a wait for vehicles to come in. So then in Jan 2017 again we venture out and this time visit Maclan ford in Calgary. Here we meet the most easy going, knowledgeable and non pushy salesrep named Sam. They had the 2017 sport Ford Explorer avail for us and we made the deal. Credit where credit is due. I would recommend Maclan ford to anyone looking for a ford, the customer service is just impeccable and they take good care of everyone walking in though their doors. More
