Service is terrible. Bought truck there had it serviced there by Never again. I had an alignment done then drove to Ontario and back and my front tires are garbage. The toe on both front tires was set way out of whack and wore the out side of tires out. If you want the work done right go to Cam Clark for worth the drive trust me. When you get a service they give you a free car wash and the work is done right the first time. This is not the only bad experience I have had with Maclin ford. The navigation wasn't working right since I bought the truck they went to fix it and I got truck back and then the heat controls weren't working. Took 2 months for them to get part and they installed one for dual climate control which my truck doesn't have. Had to wait another month for new one and then they had to replace navigation screen. They need to work on customer service and get proper training. But I will never Return to Maclin ford. I am a cam Clark customer for life they treat you like gold More

Made my son's day!!! I walked into Maclin Ford a few weeks ago after striking out at rental agencies with (what I thought was) an odd request: Where does one rent a Mustan I walked into Maclin Ford a few weeks ago after striking out at rental agencies with (what I thought was) an odd request: Where does one rent a Mustang in Calgary? My muscle-car-fanatic son is turning 11 and really wants to ride in a Mustang on his birthday. Well, Neil and Al hit it out of the park! They got me set up in a Mustang for the weekend and the look on my son's face when he got home from a tournament and we opened the garage door for the "reveal"... well, he didn't stop smiling all weekend! We went for a cruise with some of his friends and the party / car was the talk of the grade on Monday! I think you guys have a future Mustang customer, and we will definitely put Maclin and Ford at the top of our list when it's time for our next vehicle.
