Salesman sold vehicle after I had a appmt to view vehicle. I had contacted a salesman looking for a used Ford 150 and he said e would keep an eye out. A couple of weeks later he honed and told me he had the specific truck I was looking for. We agreed for me to view the truck the next morning but next morning he phoned and said truck was being cleaned or something and that I could view it the next day at 11:30 am. At 11:15 the next day he phoned and told me that he had just sold the truck. I thought that was a very un-professional thing to do as we had already made the time for me view and possibly buy the truck, but I guess he just wanted to sell the truck to the first person to walk thru the door. When I talked to him after he had sold the truck he was just trying to brush me off and hoped that I would go away, again very un-professional. I hope all of Maclin's salespeople are not the same. In future I will not re-visit this dealership or recommend to anyone. I buy a car about every three years and my friends and family buy card on a regular basis, I not be recommending them to Maclin. I did buy the truck I was looking for in Edmonton and saved about $4000 for same vehicle he was trying to sell me. More

It wasn't noticeable when I test drove it nor when I picked it up on delivery because it was dirty. They went to wash it when I picked it up but apparently the car wash was broken. Fitting right. After weeks of trying to speak to darrel the sales manager I finally got a hold of him today and he basically told me I was stuck with the truck. I'm a single dad and every penny I earn is accounted for. This truck was a big deal for me. And now I'm stuck with a hail damage vehicle not worth anywhere what I paid. I know it's buyer beware and I should have had a closer look. But the fact that maclin ford calgary isn't willing to do ANYTHING makes me sick to my stomach. More
