No pressure - just the facts. I responded to an ad for a vehicle that I waned to replace my older Ford Explorer. I was somewhat hesitant as my past experience was one of high pres I responded to an ad for a vehicle that I waned to replace my older Ford Explorer. I was somewhat hesitant as my past experience was one of high pressure and a feeling of being spoken down to as a woman. But it was January and I needed to replace my Explorer that had been totalled in an accident. Used Explorers are difficult to find during the month of January. I was surprised and impressed with Al Steinskey's honesty and respect for my interests. He answered all my questions and was open about the differences between my model of the Explorer and the new Explorer that I was test driving. It was obvious to me that this was not just a job for Al - it was a position that he took pride in and he cared very much for his customers' peace of mind and purchasing the best car for them and at the best price. This is sometimes a rare trait for someone who earns their wages on commission. I felt no pressure to make my purchase which was a big step financially for me. Al synced my phone for me and showed me all the workings of the various aspects of my new vehicle. He told me that if I had any questions or concerns I could call him. Something I did and he followed up on. I also was impressed with the fact that has called me twice since just to check that everything was alright with my 2013 Explorer. Something that has never happened in all the years that I have been buying cars. A dealership is only as good as their representatives and Al is a shining example of an employee that best represents his company. More

Simple, Easy, Straight forward on everything I went in looking for a F-150XL, and I found the most awesome deal ever. The people at Macl1n recognised I was on a mission to see what options were here. They respected me by giving me the space and time I was using. Not seeing my ideal coffee, I found something that caught my interest... that's when I was introduced to Lennie. He is awesome and never deals in fluff chatter, unless responding to your comments. We did the test drive of the interesting unit. I came back with my wife to show her the unit, and did the second test drive. We enjoyed it so much, money was down, paperwork was started. End of the following week, we claimed our pre-owned F-150 FX-4 Super-Crew, already setup with spray in bed liner, running boards and rear gate built-in ladder. Everyone I deal with, asked if we were willing to hear about options. Our answers were respected, and we all went forward ,happy knowing that choices were always respected. More
