Simple, Easy, Straight forward on everything I went in looking for a F-150XL, and I found the most awesome deal ever. The people at Macl1n recognised I was on a mission to see what options were here. They respected me by giving me the space and time I was using. Not seeing my ideal coffee, I found something that caught my interest... that's when I was introduced to Lennie. He is awesome and never deals in fluff chatter, unless responding to your comments. We did the test drive of the interesting unit. I came back with my wife to show her the unit, and did the second test drive. We enjoyed it so much, money was down, paperwork was started. End of the following week, we claimed our pre-owned F-150 FX-4 Super-Crew, already setup with spray in bed liner, running boards and rear gate built-in ladder. I had seen a car that I liked and wanted to have a look at it, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mel was so professional and did not pressure us at all. We ended up buying that vehicle that day and all the details were handled quickly and effortlessly. I have never found purchasing a vehicle so easy and stress free! Our contract had accidentally set at 72 months not 60, and a lot of additional optional costs were added with our approval. Trying to get a hold of them was a complete nightmare. They would not return emails or phone messages or return emails on days they were suppose to. The General Manager Justin got involved but he wasn’t that great to deal with either. It two weeks before anyone let us know what was going on or before we had the NEW finance manger finally fix it for us. I recently had all Maclin decals removed off the truck and have told everyone I know not to purchase a new or used vehicle there. My wife and our family and friends are actively spreading the word too. I would strongly recommend looking over your contracts again. More
