Horrible and highly unprofessional experience. After test driving a truck, the sales manager said he would work with us on making a deal. When leaving to draw up the paperwork, he apparently gets a phone call from the owner of Maclin Ford telling him the deal of discounting $279 he promised to us is not approved and the sale of the vehicle can not go through. My husband and I walked away on principle. Maclin Ford for should be ashamed of their conduct and poor customer service. I will never be returning to this location, and I will be spreading the word as much as possible to avoid Maclin Ford. Please also note that we were never given the opportunity to speak directly with senior management. More
Bought a second hand Chrysler vehicle back from you in January. have put 6,000 km on and the transmission is shot. Lubrico won't cover barely any of this. Should have just gone next door to Chrysler. This dealership is wonderful while you are still buying your vehicle. In fact our salesman went above and beyond for us. But and this one is big, when there is a problem they are difficult to deal. We had a major safety issue with our 3 month old vehicle with 4,400 km having an exploding sunroof that shattered into large jagged shards that rained down into the vehicle. The dealer was evasive at every level and would accept no responsibility and offered no help or support. We no longer feel safe in our vehicle. More

Service department is horrible. Seems like they are having trouble keeping staff because I’ve been many times and it’s different people all the time. New service manager, new customer service manager, different service advisors, different GM, you name it. Having the same issue time and time again to no resolve. Brought the car in for a recall issue and found out they damaged the paint, of course they didn’t tell me about it. Overall poor service. And also agree, they try to upsell on things that don’t need to be done. Find yourself a trusted mechanic because I cannot recommend this place at all. The only decent thing about this place is the shuttle driver. Nice guy and always on time. More
