Couldn’t even get a callback to get an appointment for assessing a problem; 2 weeks later I had to get the car towed in. Had to keep calling to the last minute before arranging some alternative transporta assessing a problem; 2 weeks later I had to get the car towed in. Finally got a call back saying a rental would be ready at a certain time if I could get myself to the dealership somehow. When I got there, they started calling for the rental to come. I really wish I can say good things, ‘cause I’m satisfied with my MINI. But the service itself is really subpar: the agent is very inexperienced - missing paperwork, fail to process payment, cannot keep conv with my MINI.
