I own 2 mini's and have been servicing them here for a number of years Amanda and Michelle were amazing!! I am not sure what has happened in the last 6 months however there has been a huge change in the number of years Amanda and Michelle were amazing!! I am not sure what has happened in the last 6 months however there has been a huge change in the quality and "service " of the service department. It is impossible to book an appointment. if you call it is rare that the call is picked up on the first try, multiple calls must be made. Your appointment will be scheduled in the next month !!The new service check in guy, is overwhelmed , is never at his desk when you arrive, heaven forbid you are a woman he mansplains everything to you including prices as if you are homeless. Never has this happened at any other dealership I have serviced my vehicles at .Oh and if you are a woman be prepared to have your service check in interrupted by any man that walks by and asks for anything. Your check in will be put on hold to help THAT man bc your time is not valuable. So beyond RUDE . It happened so blatantly at my last appointment that I put in a call to the service manager ....who has yet to call back lol . There are plenty of dealerships that treat customers as all equal and greet and value their customers as they walk in and handle their job cheerfully . I will be moving my mini's to another dealer for service as this once amazing service department is no longer acceptable especially for women. Don't bother with the once functional online booking, it longer works for some reason and when you ask about it they say oh that's news we will see. Its been more than 8 months not working I've mentioned it several times. More

Ferdinand was amazing. My wife hadn’t really driven her mini since the beginning of the pandemic. Ferdinand was compassionate and understanding of the situation. When I dropped the mini off Ferdinand was courteous and professional.
