I have to be sincere this is my 5 car and I’ve done the long hours to negotiate an appropriate price when leasing my cars. This experience with Mini Vaughn was easy and rewarding. My dealer was Chris Manias and he was amazing at explaining all my options and most importantly helping me select which Mini style was right for me. He was so patient and knowlegable and suggesting different options that it facilitated my selection and made my experience amazing as I was with my family and child. Now having the car for 1 week, it solidified my decision and I’m very happy with my purchase and monthly payments. Christopher was an amazing salesman and even with little issue with the car everything was buttoned up to ensure we were pleased with the deal being offered ! I would totally recommend going to mini Vaughn west and highly recommend dealing with Christopher. I would totally go back when we’re done with this mini or even for another mini and gladly deal with Christopher to get us into exactly what we’re looking for in our price range! Customer service could not be beat by another dealer! The only issue with the whole act of purchasing the vehicle was the kms listed for the car we’re just over 10,000 lower then actual kms on the car. I was a little shaken that the price was not adjusted for this error considering the difference in price 10,000 km on a car makes. But at the end of the day all the positives don’t let that one negative ruin the experience at mini Vaughn west especially with Christopher. More
