Purchased my first vehicle last week (MINI Cooper S) and had the pleasure of working with David. The COVID-19 measures were very good - felt comfortable and safe and was glad to see attention being paid to their employee's wellness as well. HOWEVER... Marinello Motors needs to get a realistic grip on its pricing however. $105 to swap out already-mounted winter tires (before tax). Robbery. I understand that their service (BMW affiliate) is more expensive to begin with... this is stupid. Every self-respecting mechanic I know (which is where I will go next time for this service) charges half of that, PLEASE give a me justification for this price-point. Would love to hear one that isn't nonsense. More

Had service done in the midst of lock down due to Covid-19 excellent process. You book an appt and then fill out a form on an envelope to drop your keys in a box.
