Service desk staff was friendly. Car did take a couple of days as multiple parts seemed to be required and kept adding up over time. Yeah, these guys lived up to our expectations sorting out a braking problem that should have been covered under warranty. I had to fight to get it taken care of but when they did, they treated my partner wit a braking problem that should have been covered under warranty. We chose this dealership over downtown mini because, truthfully the service there is horrendous. Vaughn Mini (Michael in particular) made up for it. More

I had an amazing experience with the Service Department. They are really friendly. They found the issue really quick and fixed it. Beside the issue in my car, I have couple logos/stickers that I want to put out of my car. Overall Rohan and his team did an amazing job.
